SINCE YESTERDAY 8/16 I CANNOT ACCESS FPL WEBSITE TO VIEW AND PAY MY BILL. ERROR MESSAGE SAYS ACCESS BEING BLOCKED FOR SECURITY REASONS AND MESSAGE IS GENERATED BY IMPERVA. I AM USING MICROSOFT EDGE BROWSER AND HAVE NOT CHANGED A THING. I CALLED IMPERVA BUT THEY SAID CALL YOU. WHAT IS GOING ON???
Since June 16, 2023 I cannot get my electric usage on the FPL app. Can I expect that it will be fixed soon, or is there a new app?
FPL app says "We are temporarily unable to connect to FPL. Please try again later". I believe this started with the update to version 6.4. It worked fine last month and prior (version 6.2). I have made several attempts to log back into the app. Each time I am getting a "We are temporarily unable to connect to FPL" message. This happened after I logged out of the app and then tried to log in again. I have tested my credentials on the website and they do work. Would you please alert the developer so they can remedy the issue? Running on an iPhone 12 Pro, IOS Software version 15.6.1
I have your app on my phone and it has been fine and worked in the past, but for the last couple of months, it says that it is temporarily unavailable. Is this going to be fixed? I see by the comments above that I'm not the only one with this issue and the app has been removed and reinstalled with the same issue.
