Hi, I use Turkcell faturasizmobil WiFi and top up to 200GB this worked fine recently but now when I try and do this using the Turkcell app for iPhone once the payment is confirmed I get an error message saying that an error occurred technical problem with your bank. I’ve tried numerous different creditcards from different banks and also tried online on the Turkcell website and receive the same error each time. Any help appreciated.

How to fix Turkcell app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Turkcell app on iPhone
Update Turkcell app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Turkcell iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Turkcell on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Turkcell network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Turkcell Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Turkcell not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Turkcell App
1. On android, goto Settings » Turkcell » click [Force Stop]

Update Turkcell to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Turkcell App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Turkcell » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Turkcell.

Fix Turkcell unable to contact server/ Turkcell internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Turkcell » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Turkcell » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Turkcell
