Hi I’m an employee at Ollie’s Bargain Outlet in Kenner La. I can’t sign in to my UKG ready app
I have used UKG for a long time but the app now only loads to the green screen and won't load past that. How do I fix this?

I have a Samsung Galaxy s23 Plus. I've downloaded and installed UKG Ready to depend on this to clock in and out as a Float Nurse. The app repeatedly freezes at the green app screen and will close and hangs up my phone
I have a galaxy s23 plus and the UKG ready app will not work on my phone and I need this app for work, When I try and open the app it just sits on the green UKG screen, I have only been able to get it to work when on wifi and this is not going to work, I did not have this issue before I switched phones. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, cleared the data and the cache and nothing works.
App won't even go past opening load screen I need it for my time clock in and out for work and pay history I've Uninstalled reinstalled forced stop cleared data clear cache it's up to date and won't work I have a Samsung ultra 22
It makes me enter the code sent threw a text before I can log in.it does it every time.
UKG ready app is terrible.
I can not even access the app, every time I try to it freezes; then when I push the home screen button my phone my screen goes black and then my phone locks itself this sounds more like a virus app then anything else
I finally got it loaded and now it just keeps freezing.
Will not recognize name and password. Try to change password will not recognize username. I have changed it. Sometimes have to reload app to work.
