I have to uninstall and reinstall every single time I use it in order for it to let me login. It’s extremely annoying

Need to delete and reinstall EFSCarrierControl after each use. Extremely frustrating.

Over the past week; EFSCarrierControl will no longer work. If I delete and reinstall EFSCarrierControl , it will work one time. The next time I try and use it, I get a message that says “Something went wrong, please try again later.” Later never works.

We have called your office on numerous occasions. None of us can receive tokens on our cell phone and so if we are not on a computer and able to login, we have no way of giving our drivers cash advances or pay for lumpers. FIX IT!!

I’m only able to login once. When I go back to login in again it says “something went wrong try again later.” I have to delete EFSCarrierControl and reinstall it to login every time. Not very helpful when I’m away for the office.

EFSCarrierControl USE to work well. Now, I have to delete & reinstall EFSCarrierControl every time I need to use it. If I try to login without deleting & reinstall EFSCarrierControl , I get a “Something went wrong. Try again later” message. Can you please fix EFSCarrierControl ?

Cannot access billing carrier group child pay since last update

Silly terry just about every time I use it I have issues between EFSCarrierControl and the website of making a payment so I can use the card. Please fix it.

App works real poorly as it tries to login multiple times and you never know which text token is correct really a pain!

Each time my Face ID doesn’t work and I have to enter password to login I get like 3 to 5 security tokens all at once and it’s just frustrating.

normally and very often EFSCarrierControl stops working and says: something is wrong try later, then you must turn off the cell phone and turn it on or download EFSCarrierControl again. 😬

App crashes during sign in. Also it doesn’t accept face ID trying to do this too many times right the way. Later it says “too many attempts”.

This is a great-long, over-due update to EFSCarrierControl! Love it! Thank you!

Overall good experience

So far it is waaaay more user friendly than the website for what I need to do regularly. The Touch ID log in saves me so much time. I haven’t used all the functions yet but it is very accessible and efficient.

It’s not just working as it says ! Showing no information whatsoever

I have been so disappointed previously on how antiquated EFS systems were until now. This new app is so user friendly and adds allot of value to my daily operations.
