I have visited Jason’s all over Texas, and today was BY FAR the best experience me and my husband have ever had. The team was focused and on point. 2 managers that were present on the floor and in the kitchen area were ‘orchestrating’ the team beautifully. I noticed on of their name tags (Connor), so I spoke with him personally to share my feedback. He also let me know that the other gentleman in charge was Bobby. They were both friendly and professional. (As was the staff). We come to Round Rock often to visit our grandkids, and will definitely drive a bit further to visit THIS location, as the Round Rock location has left us a bit disappointed in the past.

I have purchased many sandwiches from Jason’s Deli—most often Reuben the Great. It has always been a delicious sandwich. I purchased two sandwiches from the Chickering location yesterday and they were awful. The corned beef was tasteless and like rubber and extremely dry to the extent that much of it was dark colored as if totally dried out. If there was sauce on the sandwich, I couldn’t see or taste it. I am truly disappointed. I can think of other ways to spend $27. Goodbye Jason’s!

Almost unusable all of a sudden. Can’t sign up for rewards because it will never recognize a password, even when resetting repeatedly none work on the website or JasonsDeli . All recent orders are gone… the rewards change has ruined histories and deli dollars and seemingly JasonsDeli as a whole. Makes me far less likely to keep visiting when it’s such a hassle and doesn’t need to be. Right now JasonsDeli is a complete disaster.

I am unable to tap to enlarge photos of menu items. It is hard to get excited about something you can’t really see.

There are no pictures of the soups on the menu, nor are there any pictures of the muffulettas.

I’ve been trying multiple time to ‘register’ in JasonsDeli to access my rewards and keeps telling me password incorrect although I’m logged into my account with same PW. Getting nowhere.

I’d come in and eat more or order more but you just can’t seem to get your app to be as friendly as other dining places!! It took WAY too long to get a reward program and it’s still not intuitive about getting credit for dine in
How about getting a better IT Dept or another vendor. Whatever you’re paying them is wasted money. Color mr TOTALLY FRUSTRATED!!! ……….AGAIN!!!

JasonsDeli went from consistently great to completely useless and unusable within the span of a month or two. Been using JasonsDeli for forever and now it’s such a headache that on several occasions we have just abandoned trying to place an order and ordered from somewhere else.

VERY hard to get into rewards program. When signed up it say click “here” to verify and when I do it take me back to JasonsDeli to order something like seriously!? That’s the only reason I got JasonsDeli was to order food through it and get point it’s so dumb!

JasonsDeli used to work great. The last update wants me to sign in to use my deli rewards and I’m already signed in but it keeps asking. Now it won’t even load. Someone fix this to how it used to be.

My deli dollars seem to be lost with the update. I enter my password and bday in the rewards tab, and I get an error message saying that a phone number must be on file, but I DO have a phone number on file in JasonsDeli . I had about $100 deli dollars that I have apparently lost.

No apparent way to save favorite meals or even recall recent orders. Frustrating

I want to buy the same thing as last time. No problem, please go through all the menus again and make all changes. Ugh. Stop clearing recent/favorites just because you have an update.

Tried to get app and get credit for the order I just had. It said to open rewards tab and click “earn” and enter the barcode. When I clicked the rewards tab the was no “earn” button.

Klunky app.

Possibly the worst app in JasonsDeli Store. It won’t let you reset your password in JasonsDeli , it tries to force you to do it through a web page where you don’t get rewards credits. This developer should be blackballed. Atrocious.

Yesterday I placed on order only through JasonsDeli now I have two separate charges on my debit card!One Amount is correct the other is some random $40!Jason Deli I will be reaching out to your Corporate ASAP, that should never happen!!!

It has been 2 months of changing passwords because the login fails no matter how many times I change it. Beyond frustrating. I give up.

Website allows for login using other accounts, like FB, but JasonsDeli interface does not and goes into a never ending loop of going to the website and going back to JasonsDeli . So done!!!

Tried many times to sign on. Finally did. Then many times to sign in. Never did achieve that.

We love Jason’s so it’s been really frustrating that the wheels have fallen off JasonsDeli , and the inability to login to the rewards, plus the inability to save orders and payment info is inconvenient.

JasonsDeli does not allow me to sign in and I have tried deleting and starting over with no luck!

I didn’t even realize there was a new version of JasonsDeli . When I opened JasonsDeli on my phone, it had a pop-up at the top encouraging me to download JasonsDeli which I thought was odd considering I was using JasonsDeli . I didn’t know there was a new version until I went to write a review for it and my option was “Get” as opposed to “Open.” So I go and set up my account on the new app. Why? I don’t know. You can’t save payment information so every time you order you have to whip out your card and enter that information in every time. I also noticed that after ordering the Salad Bar, if you decide to add another item, you can’t do it without adding another Salad Bar to the total. That is INSANE! Jason’s Deli would do well to hire some professional or at least somewhat competent app developers. But looking through the reviews going back some time, it doesn’t seem like Jason’s Deli is interested in improving their app.

I came in for lunch and found it to be quite busy. Lots of people but also lots of tables that had not been cleared off. I sat at a table full of dishes, just to have somewhere to sit down. I had to call a manager over when my food arrived. Long story short, my table was cleared and, was able to eat. Nick, manager on duty at the time, came over afterwards and apologized. He made my trip worthwhile, and said he wanted my dining experience to be a good one at Jason’s Deli. I appreciated his concern.

JasonsDeli was running so smoothly until I went to store another gift card. They have this tiny little trash can right next to a gift card number making it super easy to delete. Why on Earth would they have that there? Guess how I discovered how easy it is to hit? That’s right, I just deleted a gift card and all it’s balance when I thought I was simply adding another. Customer service said “sorry we can’t see gift card activity” so I’m screwed! Poorly designed!!!

It is better to order on JasonsDeli online it didn’t tell me my order has to be minimum $25. So, I downloaded JasonsDeli . They called me as soon as I placed my order and told me what time my food would arrive. my food was hot and the hospitality was great they are very understanding and rushed my order when I asked for it sooner. I highly recommend you all to order and eat from Jason’s Deli!

First off let me say that I love the food at Jason’s and the in person customer service is always great. Like many others have reported, JasonsDeli is giving me issues. I tried to reset my password and got the email fine but when I tried to follow the link to either reset or to put the token number in, it would just take me to the new order screen with no way to enter any new password or token information. Very frustrating.

Love the ability to order directly from JasonsDeli and, to also receive Jason's deli bucks, when doing so. JasonsDeli is colorful and easy to use. But I just bought a $25 Jason's gift card and realized JasonsDeli doesn't allow you to store one of their gift cards. It should be updated to include this method of payment. At that point, you'll be worthy of a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️5-star review!

I've used Jason's Deli for catering, and they are great. I just downloaded JasonsDeli today and have yet to actually place an order through it, so this review is really to offer a suggestion to the developer. There are very nice images of all the different foods, but they're too small. I want to be able to zoom in on them or tap them to view full screen.

What in the world are you doing with JasonsDeli update Jason’s Deli? I had to write a review it was so bad and I NEVER do that. Had to recreate my account. All my history was lost, no more rewards, doesn’t show if your order went through because there is no longer an order history and no confirmation email either. If your goal was to figure out how bad you could make something you passed with flying colors. It’s like you’re trying to go back to dial up or something. I dunno that’s just the thought that comes to mind... 🤷‍♀️

Thanks for updating to iOS 12! Glad to use it again. Would be very nice if it had ApplePay! Really have to hunt to use any accrued “deli dollars”. Favorites apparently can’t be updated or deleted. Pick-Up has gotten a bit better, when I first started using it the order wouldn’t start until I arrived, now it’s usually ready for me. Staff is top notch.

I had to go to the website to reset my password before i could do anything. Then, wanted to check the status of the order i placed but there is absolutely no where to find current order or order history information. I am crossing my fingers that my order was received and will be ready when I arrive. Deleting JasonsDeli after today.

I placed an order on JasonsDeli and for the most part everything was fine. However, I feel JasonsDeli needs to provide a place where you can look at your Order History, especially when having your food delivered. If not this, then at least send a confirmation email. I’m glad my food arrived, but I had no way of verifying my order once exiting JasonsDeli .

This is by far the worst app I use for ordering food. Never have I once received a confirmation email. JasonsDeli doesn’t store any delivery addresses so I have to type it in every time. It crashes and restarts multiple times when trying to order, causing me to have to input my information over and over again. By the time I finish my order, my delivery window has changed so now my order will be an hour later than it was when I started. Come on Jason’s, up your game.

We use JasonsDeli frequently to save time but often eat at the restaurant. A couple recommendations:
- allow a way to scan at restaurant when you order at register for loyalty rewards
- menu is fairly hard to search when you know what you are looking for. Having all sandwiches together or a way to search would be a great add

JasonsDeli use to function well. Since the update, JasonsDeli no longer saves your recent orders or favorites. It also doesn’t save any payment options so I have to enter my card every order. Such a hassle. It also lost all reward points from before the update. It’s now easier to just order in the store than use JasonsDeli

I really don’t want to waste more time than I’ve already wasted on JasonsDeli, but in short, JasonsDeli is terrible. Incredibly illogical. You’ll find yourself in a maddening loop at checkout. Click any icon on the bottom and there is no way to get back to the menu without starting over. Where in the world did recent orders and favorites go? Seriously just copy Panera’s app. That’s it. Just do that. Scrap this garbage and call it lesson learned on saving money on a cheap developer.
