I have purchased many sandwiches from Jason’s Deli—most often Reuben the Great. It has always been a delicious sandwich. I purchased two sandwiches from the Chickering location yesterday and they were awful. The corned beef was tasteless and like rubber and extremely dry to the extent that much of it was dark colored as if totally dried out. If there was sauce on the sandwich, I couldn’t see or taste it. I am truly disappointed. I can think of other ways to spend $27. Goodbye Jason’s!

Almost unusable all of a sudden. Can’t sign up for rewards because it will never recognize a password, even when resetting repeatedly none work on the website or the app. All recent orders are gone… the rewards change has ruined histories and deli dollars and seemingly the app as a whole. Makes me far less likely to keep visiting when it’s such a hassle and doesn’t need to be. Right now the app is a complete disaster.

I’d come in and eat more or order more but you just can’t seem to get your app to be as friendly as other dining places!! It took WAY too long to get a reward program and it’s still not intuitive about getting credit for dine in How about getting a better IT Dept or another vendor. Whatever you’re paying them is wasted money. Color mr TOTALLY FRUSTRATED!!! ……….AGAIN!!!
