Cannot not sign up for Loyalty acc
App doesn’t recognize existing password and it is a stored password. Won’t let me login
Points are not showing up.
I am not able to get into your app I used my own password and used the auto generated option. It will not allow me to sign in.
Trying to set up Jason’s Deli app - won’t let me set up a password, even if I opt for the auto-generated one.
Cashier scanned order but no rewards received and now code on receipt to enter manually says bad code error. Did some other rewards member get my points? Thank you ! Mike Patten
