Once opened, the app keeps saying "failed to complete the request" with a button that offers "try again", but every time I press it, the same error message pops back up.
Now I cannot even login. It just says "cannot parse response"
Cannot get the app to work. Freezes within 30 seconds of opening. Have tried rebooting my phone and now I have deleted and reinstalled the app, but I'm getting the same problem. Very frustrating. I need to use a car this morning and now I have to figure out alternate plans.
