Anthem Medicaid Reviews

When I first downloaded AnthemMedicaid it worked and I could login. Now I can’t login at all for months. It just keeps saying oops sorry try again later. On top of that whenever I try to use the search to find a provider when I click accepting new patients and then call these individuals that come up they are not accepting new patients. It doesn’t help at all and has made it a very difficult time trying to find someone who is accepting new patients because AnthemMedicaid isn’t accurate. I could waste my time randomly calling providers to find that out whom are closer to me... instead I’m wasting it calling a narrower list of people and who knows how they came up with it cuz they aren’t accepting new people like the option that was searched for!

I was hesitant to download this after seeing the reviews but it works perfectly fine for me.

I downloaded AnthemMedicaid a couple months ago and just tried to access it for the first time since. AnthemMedicaid will not open on my phone. It isn’t showing up in searches in AnthemMedicaid Store either. I had to go to Anthem’s site to find the link to it in the store. The store shows that AnthemMedicaid isn’t fully downloaded, but isn’t responding to my request to continue downloading. Is this even still available to use?

I’m so mad I could scream! I’ve tried a million times to set up both of my daughters accounts and the same message comes up time and time again! “Something went wrong”!!!!!! Forget about calling to get help, the IT people can’t find their information either!!!!
I’m switching insurance companies!!!!! Look at the ratings... speaks for itself!!! Screw your Anthem I should bill you for my wasted time!!!

I am unable to find the setting to use Face ID. I assume since it supports Touch ID it will work for Face ID too.

Good day! My name is Justin. I would like to report to your devs regarding how AnthemMedicaid is not recognizing my account. I do live in California, and app says that it supports CA.
Please be advised that:

1. I am not using any VPN
2. My location/gps is working properly
3. This is happen regardless wherher I use Wi-Fi or 5G/LTE
4. I already re-installed AnthemMedicaid twice, restarted my phone without any fix

AnthemMedicaid has not been working for months now. I try to open and automatically shuts down. I’ve tried uninstalling and downloading again and nothing seems to fix the issue.

Im truly thankful for having this insurance with all my health and mental problems I have and Anthem Hip has been Great To Me!!! 🙏🏽 Thank You!

When I first downloaded it worked fine. Now I click AnthemMedicaid and it opens up to the login page and then shuts down and won’t open.

Every time I try and refill a prescription with AnthemMedicaid it says there is an issue and they are trying to fix it. You would think a company as large as Anthem could hire someone to make their app work correctly.

I was trying to register and make my first payment for 10 minutes and it kept telling me I had the wrong number. Then I finally saw in the fine print on the bill that you can’t register till after your first bill.

This has been happening for the last month or so but ever since signing up for Medicaid, AnthemMedicaid hasnt allowed me to sign in, claiming it’s not available to people outside a few states including CA. Problem is, I live in CA. Can y’all fix this?

I downloaded AnthemMedicaid and I can’t even log in 😬 but I can get on Safari and log in there! What the Hell is going? I desperately need a new doctor cause my last doctor dropped your insurance and I’m running out of medication and I can’t pay them. You have to help me.

AnthemMedicaid is terrible downloaded it and worked fine the first time, then after that every time I try to sign in AnthemMedicaid crashes. Deleted AnthemMedicaid from my phone, then reinstalled same thing just crashes every time. Garbage

Wikipedia says your net income from 2018 was $3.7 billion and I am not even able to login to AnthemMedicaid. I am paying $45 every pay period and I am not even able to login to AnthemMedicaid. You deserve 0 stars but as you know that is no possible.

Why is there no way on AnthemMedicaid to connect the ID card to Apple wallet? Considering AnthemMedicaid is mostly useless and crashes constantly, it’d be great to have the ID card somewhere that’s actually accessible.

I’ve had AnthemMedicaid for a while, no issues. I recently got on it today and everything is in Spanish and I’m unsure as to how that happened or why?? Is it a glitch or something I don’t know?

I have the anthem Medicaid app on my iPhone & it used to work now when I try to log in AnthemMedicaid shuts back off. I’ve tried deleting AnthemMedicaid & reinstalling it but it still Does the same thing. Very frustrating.

Was able to log in when I first got AnthemMedicaid and now every time I go to open it up it does and then it goes off the screen. Need help with this!

When trying to login, “Sorry, looks like something isn’t working/Please give us some time to fix it. Then, try again.”

Tried to log in and I just reset the password and it still keeps saying “sorry something went wrong” ughhhh I hate AnthemMedicaid!

Same problem as everyone else. Works once, then there is nothing you can do to make it work. Please pull it from AnthemMedicaid Store until they get new QA staff.

App attempt to load up to login screen then closes out EVERY single time! Horrible!!
