When I first downloaded this app it worked and I could login. Now I can’t login at all for months. It just keeps saying oops sorry try again later. On top of that whenever I try to use the search to find a provider when I click accepting new patients and then call these individuals that come up they are not accepting new patients. It doesn’t help at all and has made it a very difficult time trying to find someone who is accepting new patients because this app isn’t accurate. I could waste my time randomly calling providers to find that out whom are closer to me... instead I’m wasting it calling a narrower list of people and who knows how they came up with it cuz they aren’t accepting new people like the option that was searched for!

I downloaded the app a couple months ago and just tried to access it for the first time since. The app will not open on my phone. It isn’t showing up in searches in the App Store either. I had to go to Anthem’s site to find the link to it in the store. The store shows that the app isn’t fully downloaded, but isn’t responding to my request to continue downloading. Is this even still available to use?

I’m so mad I could scream! I’ve tried a million times to set up both of my daughters accounts and the same message comes up time and time again! “Something went wrong”!!!!!! Forget about calling to get help, the IT people can’t find their information either!!!!
I’m switching insurance companies!!!!! Look at the ratings... speaks for itself!!! Screw your Anthem I should bill you for my wasted time!!!
