NC Medicaid Managed Care Reviews

Unfortunately I don’t make enough money to afford insurance for my son and this should have been more organized and better set up we are given a time/ date to get this done but yet not all health plans are showing up online for my sons doctors!!!!! This mess needs to be fixed! I know they say that they add more daily but why wouldn’t they have all of them already added so there’s less confusion and aggravation!!!!!

NCMedicaidManagedCare will not let me select buttons or checkboxes and therefore I cannot enroll my child. I tried using NCMedicaidManagedCare because the web version was a nightmare and now neither will work.

I had to enroll my son 3 times because NCMedicaidManagedCare didn’t work

Doesn’t load most pages properly.
So you can’t view plans and/or compare anything.

Doesn’t work and can’t read any notification

NCMedicaidManagedCare is worse than useless. I tried twice to ‘choose my provider’ but NCMedicaidManagedCare froze both times. It’s garbage. I had to uninstall. The website that goes with this awful app is just as difficult to navigate and does not take you to literally anything you need for choosing your plan. (I’ll have to call or snail mail it, I guess?) Non-functional options are not options.

Screen will not scroll, making it impossible to fill in required Fields. Asks same questions repeatedly.

Medicaid wants you to believe that using the website and app will make things simpler to use your account but it doesn’t. You still have to call the 1-800 number in order to make changes.

NCMedicaidManagedCare isn’t working I’ve tried to enroll me and my son both and it keeps loading on the last step and then stops

It won’t allow you to even select your name to enroll or do anything. NCMedicaidManagedCare does not work at all! Very frustrating you still have to call for everything

Prior to the update from today NCMedicaidManagedCare was very useful. However, after the update when I click on login an error pops up and says Bad Gateway. It’s worthless at this point until it is fixed.

If I could give some negative stars, I would. I’ve attempted to use NCMedicaidManagedCare and website to enroll or get info about the health plans. It’s completely useless. You can’t do anything with it and the links continue to take you in circles. This is terrible. I’ve spent hrs of time wasted.

I could get absolutely no help from anybody whether I called the number or whether I tried to chat online I can get no help as to whether plan that I chose was in the Wake Forest Baptist Health network.
I cannot find my primary care provider either by looking it up by her primary care providers name or by network.
This is the worst customer service I’ve ever seen

Thanks for your effort to expand to digital access to the system. It needs to be more intuitive in on-line to apply for the plan. App access was a little better. Thanks!

Had some trouble finding my daughter pcp but definitely faster than calling
