For some reason Koinz won’t open and it’s been the case for almost 3 days now!

After few months of using Koinz now tells my number has been blocked for no reason and sent them an email and their great team has done absolutely nothing to solve the issue what a great customer service, sarcastically I’m blocked YET THEY KEEP SENDING ME ADS on the same blocked number. Wow thank you for the useful ads...

Don’t put ur phone number they will keep sending texts and you can’t stop it.

Points often frozen. Account gets suspended randomly with no reason or heads up. Support is just plain bad!

Every time I click on Koinz it kick me out !! I see the orange front screen then a minute to download and boom I’m out .. what’s the problem? Is it my Iphone? Or Koinz ??

I paid for my order online and it didn’t submit my payments to the resturant. Now I have been waiting them to refund me since May 2021 but no response from this app.

The application is easy to use.
But there was a problem in the payment system,
I tried to pay three times but the payment was rejected, they have refunded me for only one payment but two payments are not yet refunded!

I like Koinz ,,, but now just tried it for delivery and I couldnt track the driver like other apps.

this app is an awesome app with so many discounts on weekends. I used it so many times already.

One small problem is the difference in prices between Koinz and the restaurant itself. I have contacted this app through email and they told me the prices are added by the restaurant it is not us, i still think they should force them to put the original price because it is scammy.
