Blocked for no reason..
After few months of using the app now tells my number has been blocked for no reason and sent them an email and their great team has done absolutely nothing to solve the issue what a great customer service, sarcastically I’m blocked YET THEY KEEP SENDING ME ADS on the same blocked number. Wow thank you for the useful ads...

Don’t pay them online
I paid for my order online and it didn’t submit my payments to the resturant. Now I have been waiting them to refund me since May 2021 but no response from Koinz.

It’s not working !
Every time I click on the app it kick me out !! I see the orange front screen then a minute to download and boom I’m out .. what’s the problem? Is it my Iphone? Or the app??
