Can’t connect error appears every time I try to open UOBTMRWThailand . I’m connected to the internet.
System is shutdown to maintain or whatever reasons and you can’t use during 22:00-24:00 in every night. I can’t do ANYTHING withdraw/balance check …
Unbelievable that we can face a bank service shutdown issue by didn’t inform customers in 2024.

แล้วมาขอเอกสารเพิ่มเติมมากมาย วุ่นวายจนตอนนี้ผมก็ยังทำไม่เสร็จ

UOB is still in the dark about what is expected in today’s world of internet banking and mobile banking. The website is worse than most from the late 90s and their app is completely non-functional (hangs on loading screen). If I wasn’t forced to use this Bank for financing, I would stay away based on how little they understand what is required as a baseline for a respectable international bank.
If you are looking for seemless interaction with a Bank, then keep looking. UOB has been worthless for the past 3 years, and even with recent updates to both app and website, they are still far behind their competition, even with the bar set low by other Asian and local banks.

UOBTMRWThailand is so bad, it almost makes me not want to pay my bill so I don’t have to interact with it. From an insane, broken and buggy onboarding process to not being able to actually pay your credit card balance unless you have a debit account, it’s the absolutely worst. If you don’t have a UOB account yet, RUN to a different bank.
Garbage app and garbage customer service. I called customer service to waive a ridiculous credit card fee and cancel my credit card. I even went to the Silom branch. Service representative said I have to pay my remaining balance and they would waive the fee and cancel my card. One week already passed and nothing has happened. SCAM BANK!
I Can't believe this is Banking App from International Bank. A lot of bug, enemy interface, worst User Experience. I loop in between registration and register process until app crashed. Uninstall and reinstall it doesn't work.
I might go back to use my old Bank, their app is quite great and help me a lot.
The slip should be safe on my phone when I turn Autosave slip on, but it doesn’t save, and we can’t go back to get the evidence on who or which account we transferred money too. You must add more details on that record, not just tell date and amount. That is not a useful reference information.
When we are waiting for a new card, we cannot access any menu in card Service tab under Account menu. There is no customer feedback button to report issues too.
Poor up in comparison with other banks. No alerts/push of transactions, etc.
Can't convert points to miles (the only reason to have one of this terrible bank's cards.) And things only get worse on browser and non-existant phone support. Run — it's not too late.
