Renpho Status

I get two different readings every morning. There was a 2.6 difference just this week. I have had it with trying to figure out what the correct numbers are.

Concerning the Renpho AI stationary bike app...... Cannot log into my account. Tried to open a new account - didn't not work either. Help Larry

App crashing all day today … My Renpho health app opens. But as soon as I try to connect to my scales as a connected device the app crashes. Wifi is connected. Restarted phone and replaced battery. No change.

Hi. My Renpho health app opens. But as soon as I try to connect to my scales as a connected device the app crashes. Yet the app can talk via blue tooth to the scales when you use the blue tooth checker within the app. I am lost As it’s a create scales device and app worked perfect till now And have changed nothing on phone of the app

My body fat % doubled in one day and other readings are off. Weight and bmi seems correct. What can be the problem?.

Hi, my app readings are off I am basically same weight as yesterday but my body fat increased 10%, my body water decreased by 8-9% and my age went up 2 years overnight.

every time i open the renpho app and scroll or do anything .. the app freezes up rebooting the app does not help nor rebooting my phone ... this just started a few days ago ... before that all was working fine ... please make an update that fixes this bug asap tia Randy Tadd randytadd@redacted

My Rempjo is notifying me that there is a unidentified user . I’m the only one using it . When I deleted the user i also deleted my information except for my weigh and BMI What can I do to get this information back. I have paired it to my Wi-Fi and it doesn’t change anything back . I hope you can’t help

I talked to Adrian 3weeks ago as my Leg massager had stopped working .the green light on the plug in does not come on, COO12042931 Model RF-AMO70 input 12v-06A rated Power 7.2 timer 20 minutes made in China I'm old and can't seand pictures or make a movie of the device! 2. INTENSITY; green light doesn t work 3; the air hose is connected securely 4;hose not twisted or crimped 5.Sorry I can't make a movie of the leg massager I think all I need is a new plug in cord
