Hello, somehow I installed a second version of Endel on my desktop. 4.29.1, I think. I can't quit the application. I deleted the prior version, which seemed to have more features. I can't figure out how or where I paid my subscription, but I think I may have two accounts? I know that I purchased through the Apple Store. I downloaded one version in November 2020 and another in August 2020 and another May 15, 2023. Help!

How to fix Endel app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Endel app on iPhone
Update Endel app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Endel iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Endel on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Endel network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Endel Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Endel not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Endel App
1. On android, goto Settings » Endel » click [Force Stop]

Update Endel to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Endel App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Endel » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Endel.

Fix Endel unable to contact server/ Endel internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Endel » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Endel » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Endel
