Summary of Fitplan Problems 🔥

- The circuit routine approach may not be realistic in a busy gym setting using multiple equipment that has to be shared.

- Some exercises were repeated 2-3 times throughout the week, not allowing much rest between those for the muscles to recover.

- The app has constant glitches and unintuitive changes to the UI.

- The rest timers don't make sounds when time's up, and it is impossible to currently change the rest timer duration.

- The informational videos automatically play with no option to turn them off, using data and turning off music.

How to fix Fitplan app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Fitplan app on iPhone
Update Fitplan app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Fitplan iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Fitplan on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Fitplan network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fitplan Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Fitplan not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Fitplan App
1. On android, goto Settings » Fitplan » click [Force Stop]

Update Fitplan to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Fitplan App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Fitplan » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Fitplan.

Fix Fitplan unable to contact server/ Fitplan internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Fitplan » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Fitplan » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Fitplan
