I down loaded the home app, when I activate the home act a menu pops up about the app needs to collect and use some data, unable to cancel out and create account.. the app is frozen on this page.
I just installed app and trying to register but the Agree page is stuck and will not allow me to scroll down to agree it is just frozen..... PLEASE FIX ISSUE
Dear Sengled, For the last couple of days, I have not been able to access my four Snap cameras on the app on my iphone 8. Or my ipad 2. I have tried both wifi and data from Verizon. I seem to only get the 'Gateway error 502' only when at the 'My snap' portion of the app. I have reloaded the Snap app on my phone. Do you have any ideas? Thanks in advance, Lloyd R.

Sengled Home is a residential smart-products management platform, which provides you with an integrated mobile app to control, manage and monitor your Sengled smart products. Sengled smart LED lights with built-in motion sensor can not only push notifications for any motion event, but also setup actions after detecting motion events. Either 1 foot away from your Sengled smart device, or 10,000 miles away from your home, as long as you have internet, you can control or check the status of your devices. Sleep schedule will control the Sengled smart LED bulbs in night light for delayed dimming. Sengled smart door sensor can also be used to link with your smart LED lights for event triggered actions. Sengled Home is the latest smart home control app that replaces the earlier version -- Element Home.
