I down loaded the home app, when I activate the home act a menu pops up about the app needs to collect and use some data, unable to cancel out and create account.. the app is frozen on this page.

Dear Sengled, For the last couple of days, I have not been able to access my four Snap cameras on the app on my iphone 8. Or my ipad 2. I have tried both wifi and data from Verizon. I seem to only get the 'Gateway error 502' only when at the 'My snap' portion of the app. I have reloaded the Snap app on my phone. Do you have any ideas? Thanks in advance, Lloyd R.

How to fix Sengled Home app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Sengled Home app on iPhone
Update Sengled Home app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Sengled Home iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Sengled Home on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Sengled Home network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Sengled Home Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Sengled Home not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Sengled Home App
1. On android, goto Settings » Sengled Home » click [Force Stop]

Update Sengled Home to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Sengled Home App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Sengled Home » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Sengled Home.

Fix Sengled Home unable to contact server/ Sengled Home internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Sengled Home » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Sengled Home » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Sengled Home
