app suddenly stopped working….can not turn off lights.
I down loaded the home app, when I activate the home act a menu pops up about the app needs to collect and use some data, unable to cancel out and create account.. the app is frozen on this page.
I just installed app and trying to register but the Agree page is stuck and will not allow me to scroll down to agree it is just frozen..... PLEASE FIX ISSUE
Dear Sengled, For the last couple of days, I have not been able to access my four Snap cameras on the app on my iphone 8. Or my ipad 2. I have tried both wifi and data from Verizon. I seem to only get the 'Gateway error 502' only when at the 'My snap' portion of the app. I have reloaded the Snap app on my phone. Do you have any ideas? Thanks in advance, Lloyd R.
