All of a sudden the same credit card I've been using for months is not working! Its not expired...It says there's an error and I deleted it and re loaded it, still nothing. What is wrong

you dino app does not work period--what changes my wife has a app on her phone---I jumped through all the hoops with mine tonight and my credit card got hacked----my credit card bank us bank caught it fraud people took care of it---sending me a new credit card--meanwhile neither one of us has a app so we can get some fuel with the discounts--10 cents a gallon---these hackers are doing their best to get in to everyones credit cards--your system is not secure it seems---we both took off the apps---what do we do now---we used to have the card--that worked--what now?????????
When I try to use the app it has a pop up that says “WARNING we detected something indicating your device may not be safe” with no way to close it or move passed it.
Card always worked and attendant at my station said card will work till expiration date 7/25 ,tried after first of year,Nope said see cashier on pump! Then tried the DINO app. and I'm logged in and pay at the pump says "to far away from store" my station doesn't know what that means?? turned off WIFI and still same thing! I'm at the point of giving up and going to another brand! Bad app that needs fixing! Loyal customer for 8 years!
DinoPay not working today. Recognized my location, but "Pay at pump" and "Pay Inside" both greyed out. I feared this when you announced your app. Credit card ALWAYS worked. I didn't get to buy gas today. Your app needs to have enough redundancy to work 24/7/365. Outages are UNACCEPTABLE! Fix it!
When go to pay at pump, which I have done many times before, error code appears of p97
I am now required to log in. You say you are sending me a verification code. Where are you sending to? I NEVER received it! I have tried 4 different stations in my area and the same thing happened, no verification code EVER showed up. I'm beginning to think you don't want my business.
The phone verification is junk, put in the code it "SENT" me and now it wont take my phone number at all.
It says it is expired, I have checked my credit card that is used for payment and it is not expired so what is it talking about?
When I couldn’t get the pump to reset and fill up it wants me to wait 24 hours. Went to pay inside and QR was declined. You need to fix your app.

You need to redesign the app half the time dose not work very frustrating Dino card works everytime should get the same discount with the card as you do with phone.
Installed, uninstalled reinstalled 16 times. Dang thing won't work 1/2 the time. Loads up the screen that shows the green dinosour on a gas station roof fascia and then just sits there nothing happens.. Much quicker just to go inside the store. Please Bring back the ability to slide a dino card!! ***PLEASE*** (+) I have fat fingers and it sure would be handy if I could have the option of seeing the password as i am typing it in...
We went through the process on the app to get gas with DINOPAY. On both my app and my husbands a note comes on the bottom that says “Problem processing your payment. Please use another card. Our card works fine every where else. Can this problem be fixed?
Many many times the app sends me a message that indicates my payment method failed. It is highly annoying. Makes me want to buy Conoco gas. I was told if I rebooted my phone it should work but that doesn’t help. What’s up, Dinosaur?
I have not been able to log in this morning 9/7/2022
Has worked 3 times this month. I have tried it 20 times. Locked out for 24 hrs. Uninsta!l app 2 times reinstalled. Not a savings very frustrating.
Cannot get discount working. Won't process any cards or mobile advantage in order to do so. Was working fine until this month
App not working. Asks me to login which I do. Then it sends verification code which I put in. It always replies "invalid code".
Dinopay discounted the 10 cents per gallon 1 out of 3 times when I use the phone app.
I cannot get my Sinclair card to work through the dyno pay app it used to never had a problem all of a sudden every time I go there it will not work when I'm trying to use the app I have to go in the store and use it and then I don't get my discounts which is pointless to even have the card then
Horrible app. Promises 10% off every fill-up, it works maybe 50% of the time. App support blames the station, the station owners blame the app... The icing on the cake, now the app crashes constantly at startup....and completely unusable. Their support is horrific.
