Feelfit Status

When I open the app no data shows and there is a "Turn On" button displayed. Pressing or swiping that does nothing. I need to close all my apps then reopen Feelfit in order to use it.

I tried several times to change my tracking start date in the app to current diet start date of 11/6/2023, and hit Confirm, but it keeps reverting back to my old weight back on in March after I close the app.

Weight prediction not working can't turn on

App not working. I deleted and reinstalled and have lost everything. I changed email address since signing up for app. Old email is obsolete and new e mail address as above.

I can’t get Feelfit to sync with Fitbit. My Fitbit is syncing with other apps, so I think this is a Feelfit issue. Thanks

Why is it taking several minutes for the results to show up on my phone?

I want to change my starting weight date rather than going back to the very beginning. Also when I check the circle beside any of my weights for 2 comparisons it doesn't let me compare and just unchecks itself.

How do I set it to track the entire year? It is stuck in last week’s information. Help. Otherwise, love it.

Morning. Feelfit not measuring impedance after several attempts. Tried everything

Before this recent upgrade the app was working perfectly. I had no problems at all. With the upgrade came the inability, that I can find, to email a cvs file to myself to cut and past into a running log of the biometrics. Also, I had trouble getting the app to open, with persistence it seems to be working better than it was. I do not understand why the creators had to mess with a good working app. If is isn't broke, don't fix it!!! Generally, I am not happy at all with the latest upgrade.

I just got a scale that connects to FeelFit app and although it will synch while on the app, it does.not such after a weight in.

My husband and I both use the app using our iPhone 13. His data has been syncing with my phone and I finally fixed so his is syncing. But the history is not syncing for him. I know it is there because it is in my phone. How do we fix this so all of his information is in his phone?

I’ve been using the scale for nearly a year now. Suddenly it’s saying the app needs permission for Bluetooth but it already has this. When you click on the link in the banner it takes you to the settings but nothing there to switch on.

The app keeps saying turn on Bluetooth but my Bluetooth is already on. I have restarted my phone and Uninstalled and reinstalled the app but I'm still having the same issue

It’s not syncing with my Fitbit like it used to. Frustrating!!

Scales read L0 is this battery

Since March 2022 weighing scale data is not being recorded day to day. If I do a bluetooth connection test it remembers that day only. The display rotation does not work now either. I’ve deleted and re-installed the app several times and also removed the batteries for an hour and fitted new ones. These problems seem to have occurred since and app update was carried out.

My feel fit weight info has changed without me getting on scales at all . Weighed Mondays as always do then went today Thursday to look at metrics etc and the weight was as was then 2 mins later it changed … and increased 2 lbs …. No idea why can you explain

App will not rotate anymore

The bio metrics have stopped displaying on both mine and my husbands android Samsung galaxy s9 phones? The scales weigh ok and then we get an error message on the app each time. Weve put new batteries in the scales and have made sure we have a good solid connection on the pads. Seems to record weight and bmi and that's it?

I have 2 weeks worth of data all in the morning between 7-8 am. my wight prediction is not working any suggestions

I bought my scale in March 2020. We moved in November 2021 and now each time I weigh in, I get a error message No bioimpedance detected. No matter what I do this keeps coming up.

My app stopped working mid-may. I record my data with Feelfit once a week, but missed on week due to being out of town. The folowing "weight day", it did not record anything. I replace the batteries in the scale yesterday, then tried to record data today (weight day) and nothing ever made it to the app. The app seemed to work with each step down to the "spinning" circle. But the new data never was recorded. How do I make this work again?

when I stood on the scale it showed only half of the data ( weight, bmi, body fat, fat free body, subcutaneous fat, body water, bmr) it didn't show visceral fat, skeletal mass and other data
