I cannot renew my password. This app is terrible. Not only can I not renew my password, the activities do not sync and it usually says there is a problem on their end. Fix the problems! How can I change my payment method if I cannot log in anywhere?

The app refresh was a hot mess. Activity rarely recorded correctly, with tons of blanks or partials. You have to call to get credit for your pennies, which is ludicrous. Scrolling and navigating is painfully slow as well.

11/2-11/6 my movement was not recorded. It is making me now pay $2.75. I have contacted customer service multiple times. I do not think it is right for me to pay.

No matter what, the Attain app NEVER logs the steps or miles I put in EVERYDAY! I use a Samsung Watch with a Fitbit app, a Samsung Health app, and the Attain app, AND still nothing is logged in whatsoever. No steps, no miles, etc. Aetna does not want users to receive any points, any rewards, NOTHING!! Ugh it's frustrating, and my next step is to DELETE and blast about it ALL OVER SOCIAL MEDIA GALORE!! Fix it or don't bother trying to get us to download and log it in because it's USELESS AND HOPELESS!! I've already tried talking to customer service and it's like I said POINTLESS!!

Attain app is not properly tracking workouts. I met goals on two different days in a week that it didn't record which cost me the bonus for the week

Hello, I’m unable to get my attain app to work. It keeps freezing when trying to open the app.

I can not access my Healthy Actions. This is very frustrating. It happens often. PLEASE fix. It was working fine on Wednesday, 10/29. Now I have not been able to get into Healthy Actions for three days. I have tried every step that Customer Service have sent. Please help or fix on your end. Shannon

Received my watch and paired to my phone. The app either tells me my watch is on it's way to Pair it to my phone once it arrives, or that there's a problem with our server. Some info is out of date. I followed the trouble shooting steps and It's still not working. SO far this has been an extremely aggravating experience.

it is 11:30 pm and I can't log in to sync my activity summary. :( this happens all the time and I don't get "credit" for meeting my goals

Attain app would not work across timezones. You might get lucky if you stay in the USA - but if you are to cross the ocean, the app will not properly register, and will go wonky. Also, you cannot cash in those rewards. Try making a purchase - it will prompt you to confirm, but then nothing would happen. Looks like that part of the app was not wired - perhaps for a good reason - not reward customers.

My Attain app constantly says "There's a problem with our servers. Some info may be out of date." I've had my new watch for just a few days and the app has always said this. I see SEVERAL other users have the same issue. How do we resolve it? Will I have to pay for the watch if my info doesn't sync??? Very frustrating and unfortunate. Willing to send watch back if this will be a constant issue since I do have an older version that I was actually very happy with and didn't necessarily need to replace.

Received Apple Watch and set it up sharing all info with the Attain App. When I login Attain is stuck on You watch has shipped Pair watch when received.

The app has been terrible for months. I too have the spinning screen and have to contact attain almost daily with screenshots of my activity to get my points. The app disappeared from my watch with the update a few months ago, and appears it no longer exists. I have to try and log in daily and multiple times a day in the hopes the server might connect me and I get credit for the day. This week I already have 2 missing pink dots where I did the work and I am going to have to fight to get the 2,250 points for the week. I am so tired of this app and can’t wait to finish getting my rewards. I have not redeemed $100 in 6 months so I will be dealing with this crap for at least a year to come unless they fix it. My sons watch works great, he has to log in daily but otherwise has no issues.

Keep getting logged out everytime I open the app. Pretty annoying, can it not just stay logged in?

For several days, this app won't connect. It won't show me goals, points, or let me get healthy action points. I called them, rebooted my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Still not working. They said they would replenish my points from the day before, I verified that again and they did not do it. The next day it will show me my activity points, but I can't see them the day they happen. Without healthy action points, I'll have to soon pay my watch fee for the first time because their app is horrible. I feel a class action coming on.

The week of June 6 the app didn’t sink right - my fitness on the watch achieved all the goal there is no way I did t with the attain app - is there anyway this can be corrected?

I enjoyed the app for two days. Now it is stuck trying to load activity forever. It show zero activity and a spinning circle. Frustrating.

I could not login. I kept getting message that my password was not correct. When I tried to change the password, each time (of MANY) I got a text message with a code, as soon as I started to put the code in, the app would reboot. I have now changed my Aetna password, but Attain doesn't recognize it.

Attain app on phone is not working. Continually says servers are down. For an entire week now. If I have to pay for this watch because the app is bad and can’t properly record my activity I’m going to lose it. Also, app won’t work on Apple Watch. Infuriating!

Hello, after updating ios I can see the app on my phone but it is not showing up on my watch and I don't see it to reinstall it. I think it is still keeping track but I just can't see it all n watch. iphone 13 max pro ios 15.6 Thanks Charlene Grant

As in previous messages, my App disappeared from my watch- seems to have happened after a watch update. I called the help line and kept getting re-routed back to the initial message for help.

The attain app was removed from my watch and it can not be found to be added back on. How can this be fixed so I can track my daily progress without having to login to my phone everyday?

The app disappeared from my watch. It is on my phone but disappeared from my watch and is not in the app store on the watch at all.

The app is not connecting to their servers. Since Thursday, I continually get a message that there's a problem with the servers, and info may be out of date. Or it keeps saying that my watch has shipped and to pair it when it arrives. I already had it successfully paired! I called support on Friday and they said their network was busy from so many people logging in and I should just wait it out until it calms down on the weekend. Well, here it is Saturday, and still not working. She said to call back Monday if it still didn't work then. Very unhappy about this. If I knew it would be this much trouble I wouldn't have ordered the watch. I had it working for all of half a day.

I’m having trouble with my Attain app; three days now. I can’t get past the login. I received messages stating that something is wrong on your end and to try again later. I called and spoke with a “support” representative who informed me that the “network was busy” and to try later. This is unbelievable, what is really going on with the app? Attain app not working. Attempted to uninstall. I am on iphone. I open the app, and choose get started. I then am proceeded to looping a load screen of the attain website, but the page is white. It keeps attempting to load. Wifi is secure and my data roaming is on as well.
