Hallow is a blue screen today, no content is visible. Can you help?

Not getting day 7 of reading the bible on 365 days

Hallow app is not working on my IPhone. It often seems to be stuck… it has not worked in over 24 hours. What is the problem?

No audio on any feature.

I can’t load anything..it just spins and never connects…I have check internet strength etc and it appears to be the app…please help as I LOVE this app….thank you..God Bless

My halo app turned on and played the Angelus on it's own. How is that possible?

I was able to type in reflections up to several days ago, I do not get the keyboard to type in my reflections. Is there a limit of how many reflections one can have ?

Hi. Letting you know my Lenten #Pray40 is not operable. The last day it worked was on Sun with Fr. Mike’s homily. Mon, Tues & Wed (today) are not appearing. In addition, it says the “event is over” and it’s not. I hope it gets fixed. If not, that means the millions of ppl that are participating overloaded the server, and who can be upset over millions of ppl turning to Christ? I still love the app! Thank you for being “fishers of men.” ;-)

I'm not getting the Monday (today) service. And yesterday there was no written service to follow along with.

Pray 40 doesn't give me Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday of this week. This is Monday and my only option today is Thursday of this week.

I paid $59.99 on Feb 21, 2023 (invoice 448A5CCC-0002) and have Hallow on my email. How do I get the app on my phone without paying an additional $59.99 my phone number is 573-576-6451 Thanks Gary

I’m having problems listening to the night music. I was enjoying it and now it just spins and never loads. Is there a limit? I have the family plan. Do I need to upgrade? Change a setting or what. Thanks

I joined Hallow through our Church of the Magdalen ( Wichita, KS) for the Lent 40 Challenge. However, when I open the Hallow app, it shows “joined”, but it offers a free trial and then $69./yr. How can I get into the free Lent Challenge offered by our parish? Thank you.

My hallow app is great I just can't play music. Just keeps circling

App has intermittent problems. Currently, it’s not able to even be opened, which makes it impossible to keep up with ongoing reading in Catechism in a Year or Bible in a Year. Very disappointing. Not worth subscribing if it can’t be counted on to support daily prayer and spiritual growth!

My Hallow simply will not Open! Very disappointing! All I get is the purple screen. Tried restarting my iPhone - nothing So much for my 2023 Resolution 1/9/23

The advent music stopped. It will not restart and I am unable to get anything on the app to work. I canceled my free trial because of this but I really enjoyed the music during my first 24 hours with Hallow and I would love to have it if I could get it to work.

Cancelled during free trial and was still charged

My hallow app wn’t load on my iphone…just puts up a blank screen. I have tried reloading it from the app store but it makes no difference.

I was charged $59.99 and did NOT wish for a year subscription. I have cancelled my subscription and NEED my $59.99 back immediately PLEASE.

It says to check my connection. I have no connection problems with any of my other apps . This has been happening for the past 5 days. Help please!!!

My Hallow App keeps adding pending prayers on my cellphone's screen thru the day that I did not request after I'm done with the app and closed it. It also starts playing them thru my car's Bluetooth speakers automatically when the phone connects and I'm ready to drive and listen to Google maps or just when I'm about to choose a song on Spotify a prayer or a song from Hallow start! Frustrating. I do my morning meditation with the app but I sure don't want it on the rest of the day. I'm making sure the app is not open but it still happens. Any suggestions?

In morning I am able to listen rosary by Matt W, but when I attempt to listen to Jeff Cavins I get prompt to listen on Hallow Plus. When I click I am told I’m reminded I’m already a subscriber….

Full content subscriber. App will not load/open. Keep getting an error message to try again... to no avail. Frustrating to have paid plan, with no availability to use it. Would welcome some responce from the Hallow team.

Not working ? Won’t open up to show any prayers or rosary daily

I have a Hallow subscription. When I open the app all the prayers are blank. I updated my phone and updated the app. I can not log in using my email or my phone number. I keep getting a server issue message.

My Hallow ap says I need to connect with apple, when I try, it redirects me. I also cannot log in with my email or my phone number. The codes you send do not work either. I tried shutting my phone down, it still down not work. Help!

I have a regular Hallow subscription but today I was not able to use the app without agreeing to a free trial for Hallow plus. This is the second time I have had trouble getting on the app.

Hallow I have a terrible static noise during my Hallow prayer time. It started yesterday making this static noise when I was listening to Hallow. It is very annoying because I cannot fully listen to my prayers. M iphone is working well, so I need help!

It stopped working in the middle of the last day of Story of a Soul. When I open the app, I get a prompt to log in through Apple. It looks like it’s going to log me in but then I get an error message telling me to try again later. I tried to troubleshoot by creating a new account with a different email address but now I’m concerned about having two accounts/subscriptions. Help!

Sometimes I have sign in again. What happens a lot, when hooked up to my Apple car play, the Apple opens, but when I select what I want to listen to, it just spins and spins, never connecting.

Daily Rosary plays for a few minutes then just stops and the app closes.

Is it time to renew or what. Keeps asking for log into email, google. Has not been this was and have been using a long time. Should I just delete and not use again. Help
