7 months agoI have the most awesome Feelfit. Love this thing! I have been using it for years now and have had no issues with it. A couple weeks ago, it started giving me numbers after I step off it. Like codes. They vary. 106,71,9,100,200 I don't think I have ever had a duplicated number. That number shuts off itself. What are these codes and how do I fix them? We have tried new batteries.

1 year agoConsistently seeing 0.1 lb difference between reasons in calender view vs plot view. Display on scale matches calendar value.

1 year agoJust installed on to new iphone to continue using the scale and app. Unfortunatly the app on new phone can not receive any of the metrics data. Please help and much appreciated.

1 year agoHi I have been using the scales trouble free for a couple of years and both scales and app are excellent. However over the past week my body fat recording has increased by 6% and body water has reduced by 5% . All other records are ok and batteries fresh . I always weigh at same time each morning. Please help.

2 years agoI'm having trouble logging on to Feelfit. In the past it didn't require a password. Today it does. I keyed in the password I had originally set up and it said it didn't match the email address. I have set a new password and it said it didn't match the email account. I have established a new account and the same result. I have done these steps a number of times and I'm continually told the account, which I assume is the email address, because that is all I've provided, doesn't match the password. Can you help me please. Thanks Russell

2 years agoMy scale dosen't work propertly .It shows only weight and BMI,no other records like fat It has been working properly for a 1-2yrs but now it dosen't work correctly and I don't know how to fix it.I have covered weight with moist ,changed battery .The only time when it works correctly I had the first measurement after deleted app and downloading application but second time it dosen't measure . qoitting "No bioimpedance detected" the advise dosen't work make sure your feet are bare and wait 15 sec

Literally unusable
There is absolutely no useful instruction with this app, and the fields and controls are terribly user unfriendly. Worse, the whole thing just FEELS sketch, unstable and buggy. After signing up (dammit) I was faced with another form with no field labels, and when I came to what is apparently meant to be a date entry field and touched it, I received a grays screen with a white box at the bottom; no labels, no placeholder text, no indication of what was expected. It took me some effort to figure out that this WAS a date entry, but the controls appeared to be invisible, in the white box! Useless. Literally. Since this was is the app that came recommended by The manual with my scale I tried it, but I will be deleting it ASAP and hope that there is another app that will recognize my scale.

What the Heck Is going On!?
This simple, harmless looking app is the most difficult I’ve ever used in my history of using applications. You can’t get to the main menu where you see all of the stats if you leave it— scepter by tapping all over the place and ending up back there by luck.. The help is horrible as it doesn’t help. The daily date doesn’t change so you can’t keep up with it or measure in real time. Everything I do right with this clueless, poorly designed app is nothing but luck. Who in the heck wrote this unworkable app!? Actually zero stars is the right definition for FAILURE.

Pulls data but.......
My first reaction was it was a great app but after reading the data I’m a bit confused. Another app, connected to the same device, shows a body fat percentage 10% less than this app, both recording less than a minute from each other. The several thousand dollar scale at the gym shows a number close to the lower of the 2 numbers. I don’t think it is an issue with the scale as the other app gets different numbers with the same scale. Perhaps an update is needed.
