Show more eeks ago, it started giving me numbers after I step off it. Like codes. They vary. 106,71,9,100,200 I don't think I have ever had a duplicated number. That number shuts off itself. What are these codes and how do I fix them? We have tried new batteries.

I did not sign up for this app. I don’t want it and don’t want to be billed for it.

Show more originally set up and it said it didn't match the email address. I have set a new password and it said it didn't match the email account. I have established a new account and the same result. I have done these steps a number of times and I'm continually told the account, which I assume is the email address, because that is all I've provided, doesn't match the password. My scale dosen't work propertly .It shows only weight and BMI,no other records like fat It has been working properly for a 1-2yr...
