-Minor bug where it reports firmware is out of date

-Language errors that haven’t been fixed

-iOS version shows the wrong version installed

-Does not recognize the iPhone SE (2020)

-Does not provide a legitimate app/company/developer website link, email address or even a social media account for customers to get in touch with the developer

-Fake contact info on the app’s page in the App Store

-Froze up while downloading

-Said my iphone 11 unsecure

-Half of it’s in English over half in German

How to fix Neptune app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Neptune app on iPhone
Update Neptune app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Neptune iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Neptune on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Neptune network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Neptune Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Neptune not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Neptune App
1. On android, goto Settings » Neptune » click [Force Stop]

Update Neptune to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Neptune App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Neptune » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Neptune.

Fix Neptune unable to contact server/ Neptune internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Neptune » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Neptune » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Neptune
