Contact Neptune Support

Before buying this app, click on the button on Neptune’s page here in the App Store to contact support/the app developer. You’ll see that Neptune doesn’t provide a legitimate app/company/developer website link, email address or even a social media account for customers to get in touch with the developer for questions or troubleshooting. I was able to track the developer down on Twitter when I had a question about Neptune after I purchased it. But he hadn’t tweeted in over a year so of course my question was never answered. Apps, especially ones customers have to pay for, should offer a point of contact for customers’ support needs. This app not only fails to do that, but it intentionally gives fake contact info on the app’s page in the App Store to confuse and deceive its customers.

Think dollar store! I bought this yesterday. Froze up while downloading . Finally after shutting g phone off twice, finally got it. Opened it up and said my iphone 11 unsecure. But couldn’t read why half of it’s in English over half in German . I went to get app support, and it said my iPhone didn’t have the security certificates so brought me to another site called launch kit 404 with gift hub. Something like that. Looked all over for an email. Only a twitter account . But not everyone in this world has a twitter nor Facebook nor Instagram account . I need email. Then went back today now it says secure . I kind of doubt this app is doing anything at all but a waste of time and 99 cents!

App is a gimmick. It tells me a new version of iOS is available not aware I’m using it. When I check security I’m the app, it says I’m on version 11.2.1 when actually I’m on 12.1. This is only one issue aside from the language issues and the limited reach of the apps ability to inspect. In fact, I am suspicious of this app and whether it’s protecting me or ...
