What is InfinityHR?
The InfinityHR Mobile App is a cloud-based human capital management system that provides HR executives and admins with everything they need in one place. It is designed for businesses of all sizes to manage, maintain, communicate, and automate HR processes. The app offers Time and Labor Management, Benefit Management, and Employee Self Service functionality.
Features
- Time and Labor Management: Employees can request time off, view their PTO summary, and clock in and out through the app. Managers can review time cards.
- Benefit Management: Employees can review their benefit statements and download PDF statements.
- Employee Self Service: The app offers an employee directory that allows users to search for employees by name, department, or position. Phone numbers and emails are linked within the search results to pull up email or call functions on the user’s phone when tapped. Users can also view and download their latest paycheck stub details.
- Requires a current InfinityHR account to access the app.

If your company uses this app, RUN
InfinityHR looks like it was built off internet explorer in 2009 and hasn’t been touched since. You physically cannot even log in. It doesn’t even allow you to type. If you do manage to get in, good luck getting anything accomplished. If InfinityHR is any indication of how your company runs things, you might as well quit now.

Simple and Convenient
So far so good. I successfully pulled my most recent benefit statement and paycheck stub. I was also able to submit a time off request. Seems to work the same as the browser with a simpler interface and certainly more convenient.
One note to improve. I currently cannot use the mobile app (nor workflow menu option like on the desktop version) to complete a workflow step. It would be nice if this could be added to mobile.
I’m currently running IOS 11.2.5 on iPhone X with no issues.

App crashes
Does anyone even man InfinityHR? For over a year, it crashes when you try to open the paystub and there have been multiple complaints but nothing has changed. Have the owners of InfinityHR given up too? I know I’m about to.

App Crashes Regularly
App crashes anytime you attempt to view a paystub which I would think would be the most common feature. Please review and fix this.

Needs to be updated!!!
InfinityHR used to work fine. I think if its updated it’ll go back to working fine. Now it crashes everytime you go the paystub page.

App will not allow me to look at pay stubs. I can get through most of the options but once I try to look at the pay stubs InfinityHR closes.

Pretty much useless
Only shows PTO balance, no time management available and it crashes when I try to view paystubs.

Worst Payroll Service Ever
Boy and I thought their desktop version was awful. Then I got InfinityHR . WHAT A JOKE! Closes and freezes everytime I use it. DO NOT GET.
Clearly this company needs to get their act together.
KRONOS is 100% better. Boooooo!!!!!!

Upgraded to the latest IOS as required and InfinityHR crashes. I thought ideas my phone but all of my other apps work just fine. I even deleted InfinityHR and reinstalled..... same issue, it crashes.
