  never had any problems besides how annoying it is having to type out all my card info each time. I wish the card payments were saved and the login so i didn't also have to login in each time

  Overall good app

  Works well, never have any issues. I just really would like to see an option to save a payment method in the future. It’s annoying to have to type in all the card information each time.

  Messages would complete that 5 star

  I wish I can be able to send a message directly from the app what’s the point of having the app if when trying to send a message it opens up on browser 🤯😥😥

  Invalid Character

  I have the mobile IPhone app and have been trying to send an email. Every time it has a pop up and says invalid character. There are no characters except for normal punctuation. I have went to the App Store and it says it will work on my phone. So what it going on? Melissa

  I gave it 1 star because I feel it is pointless to even have the app if it sends you to web browser to send the emails. The only thing you can really do on the app is send them money. I only downloaded it because I wanted an easier way to email an inmate but I wasted my time with this one.

  Deposits

  It’s a great app. But, when making a deposit, it says under review every time. I have called once a week the past month to make sure my deposit goes through. That needs to be fixed. I shouldn’t have to call each time I make a deposit.

  Since I don’t have have a notification through my website browser, I suggested downloading the app so I would know when I’m getting messages, but since this app doesn’t allow you to use it for messages, I’m giving this app a 1 Star

  Apple products

  I got this app and realized, after buying credits for secure e-mail, Apple Products won’t work on their site. I called customer service and she rudely verified it like I was stupid and should know this. You can’t do the secure e-mail to your loved ones unless you own a PC

  No consistent audit trail

  History only shows some of the deposits I have made. I always print the approved deposit confirmation. However, 2 of my last 5 deposits do not show in history.

  Correspondence

  Very frustrated that I can’t use the app to write letters in the mail section.

  Super-disappointed

  Tried several times to write an e-mail message from an iPad or iPhone. I get a message saying there is an invalid character in the body of my message. I am using standard punctuation, no emoticons. What a frustrating bunch of garbage.

  Login

  Trying to log in and getting a message stating my app version is out of date. So when I go to update it states I have the newest version. Beyond frustrated.

  What's the point again?

  I have to sign in every time I open the app on top of it opens in the browser and I then have to sign in again. I don't see the point of the app!

  No messages

  I like the app overall, however I am disappointed that you can use the message feature from it, which I find is a key feature. All it does is direct you back to the website where you have to log in again :/ just would be a nice feature since the app is so user friendly but using a mobile browser for it isn't.
