The worse banking system is Diamond bank. In this universe, Diamond bank is the most terrible bank. How can you be calling and they hang the calls on you and leave you without meeting your expectations? I was asked to download AccessMore in which I deed but the login process is so annoying. I follow all the steps I was told to but all my effort result in nothing. I followed the procedure but in the end, was “your account is been disabled” for what...? Why...? Then I call back to lay my complaint and my calls were declined just imagine..., the mobile APP is not good and now you are bringing another one. The mobile app only allowed me to do transactions only once a day and any time I try to do the second transaction it keeps on saying “you have exceeded your transaction limit...common..not even a big amount oooh just a small amount but still I can't do another transaction. I laid a complaint about this several times but still, no one could reach out.

I don't get impressed easily but few minutes ago i was very much impressed with ACCESS MORE app.

I got an SMS alert that said i have not used my account for a while, i made a transfer and wanted to do a mobile top up at least to keep the account active. But i couldn't find the Access more app on my device. I know if i download it again i may not be able to login because may ATM expired last December and i have not had time to go for renewal, but i decided to give it a try anyway and i was Impressed when i was asked if i had a u see name and password and ahem i used i got immediate "ACCESS" to my account.

Now i am really IMPRESSED 🙏🏽Take 10 stars please ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I don’t understand what’s happening. I used AccessMore for transfer and few hours later, I logged in to perform another transaction only to find all the beneficiaries saved over many year suddenly disappeared. I added new beneficiaries but couldn’t be found either. What a mess you’ve made with this new update.

This is the worst app ever!!! Disabled my account when I complained about their incompetency. At this point all I want to do is deactivate my account! The most horrible experience, I’ve been unable to make transactions for the past 2 days now, leaving me stranded. After complaining, they asked me to write a letter, I did and they claimed it was resolved. Only for me to check again and it was back to square 1, complained again and they ask me to write the same letter. That shows you that they don’t even follow up or check their mails, cos why would I do the same thing twice. I’m tired and frustrated!!!

The very thing I loved about Access more was that I could easily download my banking app on my iPhone 5. This made me even love the bank more and for some of us who can not afford the high end phones, this is more than a luxury. Now I can’t access my banking app anymore with the new update. I hope this can be fixed

I think this is the best app for now, for those of you complaining you can’t see transaction history, that’s why there’s an option for statement of account which works very well and prevent you from walking into the bank, you guys are the best❤️✌️

I had the access more app on my old phone and a very high limit, I changed phone and did change device, when I did this, my limit dropped even worse than my actual bank account limit and I’ve been unable to operate it as normal. This has hindered me a lot with the kind of work I do and that’s just depressing, I tried to increase limit on AccessMore and I’m unable to, if there was a zero star rating that’s what I’d have given AccessMore. There times when AccessMore won’t even work properly, not showing completed transactions.

I hate these app because it won’t work most of the time almost every day I’m trying to make use of it
The other app is far better than these present one
Plz help us to fix the network issues on AccessMore

Please you guys need to update AccessMore because I can’t carry out any transactions and I’m stranded. After the update AccessMore crashes anytime I want to open it. I use iPhone 6 iOS 15.5.5. Please you need to act fast or else I will abandon the bank and AccessMore

Please I don’t even know what to do or say I have been trying to open AccessMore all day but it’s not even opening talk more of taking me to the page where I can put in my password. I was to make a transfer today but I could not and the transfer is business inclined I have been crying all day. The worst is that I used AccessMore yesterday to make transfer to a friend and now all of a sudden I can not do anything.
Please you people should find out what the problem is.

Access bank is my new best bank and this banking app is super lit. I so much love this bank and their service is top notch.
For that reason I subscribed for their priority service and it’s been awesome. Kudos to the team, from management to the tech team.

Now I’m so much In love with the new features and bug fixes. Before I couldn’t save beneficiaries on AccessMore which annoyed me a lot.
Sending proof of payments too now comes in phot or pdf form and not only pdf. Amongst others!

I have used AccessMore in various parts of the world and found it very convenient and easy to use. Although transactions fail ones in a while and in some cases take time to be reversed, AccessMore is very reliable!

Please access bank can you guys put the option of hiding available balance in your bank app it important please. Just as zenith bank does, thank you in advance

I still don’t know why I can’t add up new beneficiaries
It pains me a lot because I keep asking same people for their account details when I can always save it up my self
Please do something.......it sends me to phone home page whenever I tap on add beneficiary space

I will want to suggest that step to log out should be 1-click on the main pages. Rather than selecting profile, then scroll to bottom to access log out.

Really wonderful experience using AccessMore! Make una sofry with charges, this is why I stopped using this bank for more than a year! But well done with AccessMore easily the best banking app IMO

Access more is the best app anybody can use , is very simple, fast transactions, and they help solve any issues you might come across while making use of AccessMore

You guys need to do more work in logging in. Either it tells you something wrong or doesn’t log in. You can’t change device either.

Omo waything dey do una self...since all this days I never login my bank app....make una find solutions do to this nonsense App wey una upgrade...wey be say you go press AccessMore e go carry you go outside back...let's be guided oooo,that's all what I can say Good bye 👋

We need notifications message like the previous accessbank app where we get information about your services when it’s down and network restored n so on...Very important

This application is better than the first one but I can't even generate statement ,it keeps telling me invalid user ID..and my Gmail is correct..if you can fix that then this would be 5 star

I hate insulting things especially when I can’t do it myself but this is a waste of time, data and spaces. I hardly for the person to see it instantly if it didn’t take 2 days and also I can’t see my history. When customers pays in, you won’t see details to supply the person. Please upgrade and update.

How can we hide our account balance ... there should be a setting for it

I don’t know if am the only person experiencing this, I cannot save beneficiaries details on my access more app. On my IOS phone. So I am finding difficult to do repeat business.

You guys should try integrating both the diamond and access accounts together for we customers that have both. All in one app will be best

Fixing my problem on my bank issues okay

My access more hasnt been able to login for the past 3 days now and i need to make some transactions what can i do to it

The UI is great, but could be better if don’t strain my eyes anymore. Dark theme will be a major go!

You can’t even check transaction history because AccessMore will keep telling you you don’t have any past transactions The banking app is always saying error occurred try again later, what if I need to make urgent transactions

Need to download this on other phone to transfer

Sometimes when I try to login, it says invalid or incorrect login details even when I usually login with my finger print. I’ve witnessed this several times. If there’s room for zero star, that’s what it deserve.

I downloaded the latest version 2.1.0, but can’t complete a transaction using the mobile app. Please look into it.
