This “bank” is a joke. I started a new job recently and unfortunately we are all forced to use this company. My employer setup up my card and I couldn’t log in for 2 weeks. Since then, I’ve been able to complete a couple of transfers with my bank but now when I login to the app, all the transfer features have disappeared. Every time I login into the app, I input my info accurately and the app works about a third of the time. Also, every time I’ve logged into the app, it looks different every time and half of the features never wor and even when it does work, I have to retry everything 4-5 times. “Customer service” for this bank is a complete joke. I had to speak with someone when I originally couldn’t access my card and what an experience that was. After waiting 45 minutes to speak with someone, I was connected with a woman who sounded like she was talking to me while driving down the road in a convertible going about 80 mph down the road. I told her I could barely hear anything she was saying because of the noice, she never did anything about the noice and became ruder immediately. Also, not sure where these reps are from, but even if there wasn’t insane noise I still wouldn’t have been able to understand her because her accent was soo bad. Banks these days need to be fast, easy to use and have amazing customer service. A person should feel safe and confident with what’s happening with their money. This company is an all around joke and drops the ball in every possible way. I honestly wouldn’t feel safe letting this bank watch over a goldfish, let alone my money. I’m in the process of speaking with our regional manager to switch over to a different bank for their employees and I’m also in the process of pursuing legal actions against this company as well. No one should ever have to do business with these people ever again. Thanks to anyone who took a moment to read this.
