I am not under why PNCSmartAccess does have the same features as the normal pnc app like we are sexy rate ppl . Y’all get fees and stuff the same as the other folks using the regular app. Why does it take. So long to get a deposit. No one waits for the day it says to be posted to be posted . I was told I would get paid two days early with this card and I have not once. I want to be able to
Deposit my checks on PNCSmartAccess stash money away like the Walmart card let’s u I mean I just think there’s a million ways to make this card be I named a few that would improve having the card.
Otherwise I am not seeing the point of haveing it or telling anyone to get it . Can theses features be added . Along with better customer service

Love my Card. Love being able to take out multiples of 1’s. PNCSmartAccess is terrible. I was using it and then one day it stopped logging back in. I used the same info because it’s saved to my phone. Called SmartAccess and was told they would call me back once they figured out the problem. That was sometime last year and never heard from them. I used the online website instead and now that’s telling me I can’t use that anymore and to download PNCSmartAccess . The same app that doesn’t work for me. Get it together PNC. Let us cash checks and get checks or have a savings account because the virtual wallet I don’t like.

Cannot use the PNC smart access card without it blocking my next transaction. I use it once and it throws me to fraud prevention. Never mind the fact that I have the ability to block it myself when something goes wrong, they just do it after each and every transaction. I am done with PNC. I get the whole “safety and security “ thing but when it starts literally interfering with my daily activities and/or bills then it’s too much of a hassle. I have a Bank of America account and a First community credit union acct and neither one goes to this extreme. They have exemplary fraud protection without it causing me any headaches.

PNCSmartAccess itself is fine, works perfectly well with IPhone wallet etc.... HOWEVER, I can’t even rate t because the PNC smart access account is by far THEE worst account one could have!!!!
You can’t do anything but deposit cash or direct deposit! I tried to pay my capital one card and my electric bill with my account and it said the payment was processed then returned it 4 times and made me miss my deadline As well as lose my incentive for a higher credit line, the utility payment just would not process at all?!
We all make mistakes & need second chances but this account is not it!! 👎🏾👎🏾

Until about 1.5+yrs ago PNCSmartAccess worked great! I loved it. I was able to view my balances & see all my transactions - which is all I really wanted cus I only transf $$ that I needed. The card/acct is great for budget spending, & we treated it like cash in our pocket. But then PNCSmartAccess just STOPPED working. To today (2019) it STILL tells me it’s unable to log me in. I even reset my password, tried creating a new account, and NOTHING!!! I had tried redownloading PNCSmartAccess abt 1yr ago - hoping they fixed the problem, NOPE. And I see that STILL it won’t let me in. They should just get rid of PNCSmartAccess - cus IT DOESN’T WORK!

I am a new customer and I can’t even cash my check with PNC first and foremost which that made me a little upset but I was like ok I’ll just go cash it with the bank that it has on it and I’ll put it in the bank. So I do just that now I get an email stating that my monthly statement is ready for view download PNCSmartAccess and once I proceed to do PNCSmartAccess it’s telling me my information is incorrect after 17 tries and that I must try again later!!! I really about to just close my account this is crazy!!! I would give this no Stars but I have to choose one

I can’t use face ID anymore now that I updated PNCSmartAccess on my new iPhone XS. Apple Pay Doesn’t work anymore with pnc smart. What happened? I was using both for the last two years. Customer service couldn’t help me. So they send a new card. Account Not Working for me Anymore!!!

Short and sweet, I’ve been a SmartAccess cardholder for 3 years and it’s been flawless. Every once in a while it has to update to view transactions and balances. Overall I would highly recommend.

It’s very nice card with no fees when loading cash or taking off cash at your local PNC atm… My only issue I was trying to add my number for alerts and even when I was edit it still didn’t give me option so I just use my email.. Overall very nice and convenient card.. Thnx PNC

PNCSmartAccess doesn’t even work. Won’t even let me sign up for PNCSmartAccess itself. Had my card and I’ve never been able to check anything on PNCSmartAccess . I have to log into the website to check my balance.

PNCSmartAccess doesn’t work at all I can’t sign up I can’t log in it literally doesn’t work at all and you can’t use a mobile site either.. why force people to use an app that doesn’t work at all this is HORRIBLE!

You guys should really look into the making the card accessible for cash app and other money paying apps

i also not anyone can even cash a check let alone a payroll and NO mobile deposit either also i’m only here to Dl this because in the last month when i dial in my last four of my social it now tells me incorrect also it is almost completely worthless to have green dot or bluebird the least of the least and worst of worst cards and accounts do more than this one

Have been using PNCSmartAccess for a while, use it more than twice in 24 hours and I have to reboot my iPhone 8 +... When It gets like that it will just sit on loading screen for HOURS if I don’t reboot my phone and I’m on iOS 13.1, so I’m as up to date as I can get... this “bug” has been in PNCSmartAccess as long as it’s been in PNCSmartAccess Store, how about fixing the bug causing it to happen. And yes I update PNCSmartAccess every rime an update is released and this bug is still there!

I have tried several times to set up my account, but it's not allowing me to. I received my car 3 days ago and have not yet been able to use PNCSmartAccess .

It works well if u need direct deposit for paychecks, but u can’t use the card everywhere. If you’re Like me and need Uber/lift, forget it. And u also can’t make deposits thru the atm. It’s a limited card but I guess that’s to be expected with pay as you go. Those are really my only two complaints.?

HOW does this have 4.7/5 stars? Every review that I’ve seen gives this horrible reviews. Out of the 2 PNC apps that I used the best one was discontinued. I really enjoyed the wallet and PNCSmartAccess just doesn’t have the same features. I much prefer the old money bar in the wallet, and the over all design of the wallet. PNCSmartAccess just looks out dated and isn’t as user friendly.

PNCSmartAccess never works. 9/10 times I want to use it, it’s unavailable & I need yo try again later. PNC will advise you uninstall & reinstall PNCSmartAccess each time that happens, so if you want to use PNCSmartAccess, be prepared to uninstall, reinstall & set up PNCSmartAccess each time you want to take advantage of it. It’s a pretty inefficient method, so save yourself the frustration & just don’t bother.

It would be great if you could scan/deposit checks online

I have had my account and card now for about 5 years love this account I can use as any other card and pay bills online.

I’ve had this card a while never any issues I love the card and fee however PNCSmartAccess is way out dated and could use a fresh new look there are prepaid cards that are way more advanced than this I could see no mobile deposits but when you go into a branch we should have the same respect since we are a PNC customer we just don’t have a traditional account. You really should update your policies and app and make it that we can cash checks at a branch against our account and give higher cash withdraw limits

PNCSmartAccess is horrible and The bank itself is atrocious....very outdated doesn’t do Anything but give you a balance and your last 8 transactions. I mean, I get it’s a prepaid account and set to guide u back on track financially but offer some kind of service since u charging ppl to have to the card. I get better use out of using my cash app card !! Would give it no stars but I had to select at least one....BEWARE!!

I love the pnc SmartAccess. I like that I can use direct deposit it’s good for teenagers who are trying to save money. I recommend this card for kids and teens. Have no problems with PNCSmartAccess nor using my card

PNCSmartAccess needs to be updated. You can not see any of your account numbers or routing numbers. And if you try to login on their website it won’t let you see it either. Also you can’t make a bill payment using your account and routing number which is ridiculous!!! This is the most inconvenient card I have ever had

PNCSmartAccess needs to be updated in the worst way. I cant even log in half the time and I feel like PNC should take a page from BB&T they have a similar account but you can do so much more with it and can do deposits and all and PNCSmartAccess stays updated with no issues. PNC needs to get it together and update everything with their smart access accounts

First of all, PNCSmartAccess is ridiculous! I changed my password online but PNCSmartAccess won’t recognize it. Also there is no mobile deposit option, no option to get direct deposit info, and it’s outdated in its aesthetics. The account is subpar because I can’t deposit or cash a third-party check against my account. PNC needs to do better!

This update is horrible. When you go into PNCSmartAccess to check your available balance it is not updated. You have to go to your transactions to figure out. It also does not show your deposits. It’s a good thing I get notifications. The old app would update things as soon as they took place.
