My son Patrick Rogers Din#156063 Erie county holding....trying to put money on account they saying restricted...i drive all thr way to Buffalo they say no restrictions. I can't get to Buffalo this is a horrible app no live customer service my son needs money. Why restricted ?? No one can give me a answer..so this is now infringing on his civil rights to receive money. I'm in NYS we have statue laws to protect us from this I want answers !! Unhappy mom and customer Colleen

Its been 2yrs now off & on with the problem of not being able to put money on my son books holding on some time for a hr with no resolution to the problem or being told to try it again in a day or two or switching me to someone else but gets disconnected this is very very frustrating and irritating no one can tell me what the problem is just keep passing the buck this is horrible I'm trying to get in touch with corporate if anyone has number please post it

I spent over an hour trying to talk to a customer service representative unsuccessfully to find out why Access Corrections is using a "quasi-cash" code in charging my credit card, when cash is not involved. Putting money on an inmate's commissary account is for product and services- NOT CASH!!! The coding by Access Corrections to who knows how many thousands of support family and friends is unnecessarily costing thousands if not hundreds of thousands of dollars to your customers nation-wide, who have no choice but to use your services. This was not a problem with the other company that provided before you. Besides paying your handling fees, the bank has no choice but to also charge a "cash advance fee", which in my case came up to an additional $8.04 for one transaction. This is not right. And putting a warning in small print stating that the deposit could possibly result in this additional bank fee, does not eliminate Access Corrections responsibility to code the charge properly. These deposits should be coded as a purchase or service. NOT as a CASH ADVANCE!!!

Sent my son money two days ago he didn’t receive it. Was trying to sent $50 it said it did not go through do again later so I did it again later. It said it didn’t go through try again later so I tried again it charged my bank card three times plus service fee three times then it took one off and charged me twice but he still didn’t get any money

I cannot get a deposit to take for my nephew's account. I have called Access 4 times regarding this issue and I have been given 4 different answers, including the craziest one saying if I use my card anywhere else, then whatever I spend there counts against my Access maximum of $300 in the unpublished time limit - I have been told 8 days, 10 days, 7 business days and none of them work. Today is the 7th business day since I last made a deposit to him, yet it still will not take it - does the same thing it has been doing. WHAT IS GOING ON? WHY WON'T THIS WORK? I'VE BEEN USING IT FOR A YEAR WITH NO PROBLEM, BUT THAT PROBLEMS STARTED ON MAY 30, 2021. PLEASE TELL ME WHAT IS GOING ON AND HOW I CAN MAKE A DEPOSIT - AM NOT INTERESTED IN DOING IT OVER THE PHONE EITHER - I WANT TO DO IT HERE WHERE I'VE BEEN MAKING THEM FOR A YEAR.

Hasn’t worked for months

This is app is horrible I have been using it since the day it came out and now all of a sudden you can’t add funds to your inmates accounts. I’ve used cards with tens of thousands of dollars on them,credit cards with plenty of money one time I used 6 different cards all with more then the tiny 60$ I was trying to put on and every time it’s a error message. I’m sick of it. And sometimes it will even put your money on hold until it gets refunded do y’all not understand not every one has enough money to have their money on hold!!! They could be using some of the little bit they have left to help their loved one and you guys take it and take days to give it back. Now inmates are going weeks without canteen because people don’t know you can call and do it. You need to put out an email or a warning at the top of the page saying your app isn’t working correctly right now and not to add funds over the app. Hope the people that are doing this never go to prison or have a love one go and have to deal with what they are doing to us.

Waste of money

I bought 20$ of credits for secure mail and it said the ap worked with my iPhone but that’s not true so I basically wasted 20$ thinking I could send mail through the ap. That should be a crime punishable with incarceration so that the developer could see how it feels to wait on mail that never comes and then maybe they might spend some time on the ap so that it would do what it’s supposed to do!

No response

Can't get an answer to why my payment keeps getting declined except don't use Google. I have emailed many times and have only gotten one response about the last 4 numbers of my card. They can charge an outrageous fee but can't fix the issue. I have had not one problem using until February 2022. Please fix this issue or have some kind of better customer service
