UBS insists on sending me a physical letter to set this thing up every time I change phones, even though I have a physical access card I could use to set this up. Inconvenience for the sake of security theatre.

Much more convenient than the silly mini calculator and access card, but when it fails to work when you’re not at home and didn’t bring the analog setup, then it’s a real pain. UBSAccess is constantly telling me it has a network error (WiFi and 4G) and can’t scan a code or allow me to open my banking app. Never had a banking app fail me before and find this kind of bug incredibly disappointing. And UBS charges you money per minute to report it, so giving app feedback is annoyingly difficult.
UBSAccess is 1000 times better than the card reader with poor interface. UBSAccess works and is easy. Thanks so much for making this user friendly!

UBSAccess is overly secured (it takes more effort to get in it than to enter Fort Knox). It’s clunky, it’s not useable, it’s not intuitive.
