When we first started using NewksEatery it we were going to Newk’s almost every week. after a couple of months I saw 3 different charges on my bank account. The store said that this is a third party app and NewksEatery didn’t charge us those three times so they we’re getting a lot of calls because NewksEatery didn’t charge us from previous orders and decided to do it all at once. That’s frustrating when your not expecting a $75 charge to come out of your account.
Now, we went to order our usual salads and NewksEatery says the salads aren’t available. There’s not even any salad option available. We call into Newk’s and the salads are definitely still available... not sure we’ll be using NewksEatery anymore. It was an amazing convenience but doesn’t seem worth the hassle.

NewksEatery makes the ordering process so quick & easy! Everything we've tried from Newk's has been very good & tasty.

The only thing I would add is a place for a name on the order - so when you go to pick it up, you can say: "I need to pick up an order for Jenny". Maybe I missed it....if it's there, please tell me where because we'll definitely be ordering from Newk's again! We❤️Newk's!!!

OMG, this is the most user-friendly food ordering app I’ve ever used. I was ready to check out within literally one minute. Everything was clear. No ambiguity. When it comes to food, the taste is amazing. Customer service is awesome when picking up. I just love my Experience with this restaurant. I highly recommend it. You’re in for a good treat.

Tried to rate it low but it would not take my rating. You have to say what kind of order it is and select a pickup or delivery time before you can see the menu. Makes NewksEatery useless if you want to spend some time going through the menu then decide to order or not. I like the restaurant but not their app.

App works well, but it’s painful to have to find and type in credit card numbers every time. Scan feature doesn’t work with many newer cards that don’t have numbers on front of card. Please implement Apple Pay or give option to store card info in account.

They “updated their security” but a multi million dollar corporation with access to the best IT and infrastructure can’t figure out how to port over all customer accounts and points? Forced reset and all order history and accumulated points are completely reset to zero? Join tech in 2022 where info like that can be both securely and completely brought into a new system. The fact that it isn’t is cheap and lazy and speaks to this corporation choosing to save a few bucks in order to screw over their customers.

Every time I dine at Newk’s in Greenwood, Indiana, I hope that Leora Bradley is working. She is the most pleasant and helpful employee! She wears many hats at this location. She takes orders, takes the food to the customers and cleans tables. She is the hardest worker I know and I hope she is recognized for her hard work!

The order steps are so easy to follow and all the necessary questions are asked (customize, etc). When my card is saved I can order for my whole family less than 5 minutes. Highly recommend!

My Cobb salad today was absolutely delicious & for dessert I dined on a piece of chocolate cake!
I really blew the diet today, but oh sooo good! The order taker couldn’t have been nicer with my “special” order salad. And the chief . . . did an amazing job! Thank you Newk’s!

Be aware that if you try to use the convenient “order again” button, it does NOT include everything you ordered last time. You still need to select everything that you want. Sometimes NewksEatery 100% crashes and I can’t use it. Also, it cuts my music off when I use it, so that’s annoying. Overall a badly designed app. I hope they can improve this in the future so that I can come back and give a good review

Tried three times to create a profile, but NewksEatery froze each time. Didn’t have a computer at the time to complete the profile and had to make an order with guest account. Also, can’t view the menu without beginning an order and selecting an order location. App seems poorly thought through

Every time I try to sign in to my account, it just keeps refreshing and never actually logs me in. I have tried for over an hour to place an order. It doesn’t matter if I choose “pickup” or “curbside.” Every single time an “Unknown Error” message pops up. I tried ordering online- didn’t work. I tried to pick a different location- didn’t work. Reached out to customer service, and they were literally no help.

Makes the whole process of ordering from a favorite restaurant so easy. Check hours, menu, etc. place order and it’s ready to go when you swing by.

Definitely not a great app but it serves most of its purpose. I’d like to be able to adjust the AMOUNT of dressing used on salads. I can ask for extra dressing by paying for more dressing but there’s no option for light dressing nor can I type in an open comment for the order. Either the recipes call for too much dressing or the food prep folks are heavy-handed.

I have twice almost reached to rewards points needed to get a “free entree” and each time the amount of points needed raised to just over what I have saved. Also, there is an additional fee mixed with taxes plus a $2 delivery fee plus a 20% tip on the final price. This made a delivery for $25 worth of food cost $42. Watch your final price!!!

I have been going to Newk’s since the store opened by my house and I have been there hundreds of times and NewksEatery makes me not want to go there anymore!! This has to be one of the worst app ever, you can’t even get through past where you set your location! I wish they never did away with the iPad where you put in your phone number! I hate NewksEatery…

I’ll start by saying that I love Newk’s! I eat at Newks often and will continue to do so. With that being said, I have tried to use NewksEatery multiple times and have yet to successfully place and order. Honestly, I’ll be shocked if ANYONE has completed an order via NewksEatery . NewksEatery doesn’t appear to have a “cart” or any means of checking out. I should not be help hostage to the incompetence of NewksEatery.

Do not make a small error in creating your account. Once you put info in, it is locked in FOR LIFE. You’ll have to get a new phone to correct your mistake and have any access to placing orders through NewksEatery .

Oh and you don’t find this out until you’ve entered your order, method of service, and payment methods, at the very end of placing your order.

Very frustrating.

I ordered the pesto chicken sandwich but did not want goat cheese. I customized the sandwich to leave off the goat cheese but I wanted to substitute a different cheese. There is not a way to substitute a different cheese without being charged extra.
I went ahead and ordered the sandwich with the cheese I wanted & let the manager know about the issue when I arrived at the store to pick up my order. She refunded the cost of the cheese which was nice.

I love their pizzas and salads! I always order by NewksEatery and have quick service with a smile curbside! Thank you Newk’s for making lunch and dinner for our family. J&RMata

The food here is very yummy and all around good for lunch and dinner, but we have a kid allergic to tomatoes and he loves the Spicy Chicken Pizza that comes with Tomatoes so we get it without tomatoes and 7/10 times it has tomatoes and he can’t eat it. And with the current pandemic we can’t risk staying there for them to remake it, so we just go home and he has to either pick the tomatoes off that are under the cheese and chicken so it isn’t easy or fast and by the time they’re all off it’s isn’t pizza anymore. I really love the food but it isn’t always the best for the price

NewksEatery needs to be updated. When you order a sandwich it doesn’t show the bread that it normally has in the store but a different one. Then when you pick it up, it’s like it’s always made at the store. Also, there is no where to add notes such as no sour cream, onions, or extra bacon added to potato soup. You have to call the store to tell them what changes to make. App definitely needs a section for you to add notes about your order

There are no perks to NewksEatery. There is only an option to place an order. Other apps allow you the ability to see your points, your rewards among other things all within NewksEatery . NewksEatery needs to be revamped with modern conveniences in order to compete.

I ordered from NewksEatery no problem. They took my money. Said food would be ready in 10 minutes. I get there within the 10 minutes only to find that the restaurant was closed. It had closed 3 hours earlier and yet there was no mention of it on NewksEatery . So now I’m out of my money and food. And no one to refund my money 😡😡😡😡😡😡

NewksEatery works good and is stable. However I am unable to add my credit card for frequent orders. I click on the toggle to be Save but it never works.

Love the food! Always great tasting, speed of service is on point and very friendly service!!

NewksEatery is great but I wish it could also show you how many points you have from each visit.

So much easier than using the website
