I wish near the Canton Georgia Cummings hwy store when the catering driver was recklessly driving and not me to the floor with his vehicle. The name of the driver is Mark and he is the district manager or the regional for this area. This man shouldn't be driving or working for this company it's just a matter of time until he kills someone. When he noticed what he did he just ducked under the steering wheel looked at me and laughed and peel down like a maniac I do need to speak to someone about this. I immediately went to the store and spoke with the manager and he told me that he had no way of making a report that I had to call the corporate office I've been trying to call the corporate office to speak with someone but when you go online it goes from one website to another website to another website please someone call me back or send me an email I would like these issues in these matters addressed. My next move is called an attorney and call the media on the situation.
It's been awhile since we ordered lunch from the Kennesaw location, but want to let you know that we will not be returning to Newk's. Don't care for your new 'A.I.' ordering program. Not very helpful. Anyway, the main reason for not returning is the quality of the food has diminished as fast as Covid affecting humans. The bowl of potato soup was not much more than 10 ounces and was thin as water. The 'bowl' had no more than a teaspoon of diced potato. I had the Cobb salad which wasn't much better. It had too many old brown pieces of lettuce and the balsamic vinaigrette dressing was 99.99% oil with .01% flavoring of balsamic. Raising prices and cutting back on quantity and quality is a perfect recipe for lost business. Don't know if you really care about customer service, but you sure headed for closure at this location. I receive promo's and correspondence, but when i try to login or reset my password, no luck.. I tried calling 601-982-1160 & the recording said the mailbox was full.. I've emailed - customerservice@redacted with no response. not sure what direction to go from here, but it's very disappointing.
I was charged f$22.36 for food I did not receive and I cannot get anyeone to answer my calls at this location.

When we first started using this app it we were going to Newk’s almost every week. after a couple of months I saw 3 different charges on my bank account. The store said that this is a third party app and the app didn’t charge us those three times so they we’re getting a lot of calls because the app didn’t charge us from previous orders and decided to do it all at once. That’s frustrating when your not expecting a $75 charge to come out of your account.
Now, we went to order our usual salads and the app says the salads aren’t available. There’s not even any salad option available. We call into Newk’s and the salads are definitely still available... not sure we’ll be using the app anymore. It was an amazing convenience but doesn’t seem worth the hassle.

They “updated their security” but a multi million dollar corporation with access to the best IT and infrastructure can’t figure out how to port over all customer accounts and points? Forced reset and all order history and accumulated points are completely reset to zero? Join tech in 2022 where info like that can be both securely and completely brought into a new system. The fact that it isn’t is cheap and lazy and speaks to this corporation choosing to save a few bucks in order to screw over their customers.

Be aware that if you try to use the convenient “order again” button, it does NOT include everything you ordered last time. You still need to select everything that you want. Sometimes the app 100% crashes and I can’t use it. Also, it cuts my music off when I use it, so that’s annoying. Overall a badly designed app. I hope they can improve this in the future so that I can come back and give a good review
