On August 3, my Newk’s dine-in total was $30.06 (subtotal $27.96). I gave my phone number at the register, but the transaction did not show up as rewards points in my account. How can I get the reward points? I still have my receipt.
Hello. I have tried for a few weeks to scan the barcode or type in the number and it won't work. Everytime I try, it's telling me "we are looking for your check but it is taking longer than expected..." and I haven't got my points in a couple of weeks. Help!
Have never been able to sign in and accrue my points. Says my number has already been used. Have had the app for several years.

Will not accept any credit card info (tried 5 cards) and it says transaction failed.
I have tried repeatedly to sign into app using my DOB and phone number which I had provided but would not let me to sign in to scan my receipt. It keeps saying error due to my number already in. I hadn’t used this app in over a year so don’t understand. I deleted the app and loaded it again but still same issue.
App will not open
App goes to a black screen when I click on it. Have rebooted my phone. Still doesn’t work. I don’t want to lose my account info and points. Please fix ASAP.
I have scanned my receipt but rewards aren’t loading. It says it’s taking longer than expected to find my receipt and will let me know. It’s been 4 days
