Signed into Family Dollar on desk computer. Will not let me clip coupons.

Using the app. Trying to enter my phone number for the smart coupons and it says to enter your 10 digits of your phone. I did so and it keeps telling me I did not enter 10 numbers but I am!
My app has not been properly for nearly 2 weeks. When it loads, a message in an orange ribbon shows “oops something went wrong.” Pull to refresh.” No change happens. I shop there regularly & always use the coupons. Please, can you help? Thank you
I have a serious issue with spending way too much money on faulty just be products! Please send me a return ticket for $35.00 to spend on a different brand. what is the Just Be corporate number to file a complaint? I have been purchasing this product consistently every year for years and the quality the past 2 years and after wearing the product once the elastic stretches out making it unwearable!

I. Had an old app and signed up for a new app. Now I can't create a password for either. the link has expired. Plus I can't say whete4 I create for a ne2 app or not
Can’t scan for 2 days now with app in store…keeps saying system error has occurred
App updated last night. Now it doesn’t let me scan anything. Happening all day

When I put my phone number in it says customer I’d not found I did get to redeem any of my clipped coupons
When I try to register my phone number I get a message that says update failed. I've tried it both with and without dashes.
