I go into my 2022 album and try to create a collage but it doesn't work? It just stays in the "thinking" phase??? I restarted my phone and have tried all day with no luck.
App keeps closing i cant get to order
I spent an hour choosing photos and app closed after I added these photos. I repeated in a few hours and the same thing happened again
I was trying to edit one of my projects and the app was not creating my collage. I logged out and logged back in and now all of my past projects and current projects are gone. It’s as if I have a brand new account.
The app is frozen on the Home Screen. It has been this way for over a month at least.
Why are my photos turning black on my camera roll when I try to add them to my photo book?

App keeps crashing and won't even load up
When I try to make a book and choose photos from my camera roll, after clicking on the first photo, it kicks me out of the app. This has happened DOZENS of times. I have tried deleting the app and re-downloading it. It does not happen if I choose photos from Instagram or Facebook, just my camera roll. I also tried this a couple weeks ago and it did the same thing.
Chatbooks app keeps crashing when I am about an hour into uploading my photos and when I try to upload my password on by computer browser, I says 'something went wrong'. Im about to lose it! I've spent about 6 hours and it keeps crashing!!
