I have to start by saying Plutio is excelent in its own right. Very helpful with lots of tools. But it’s customer service end is absolutely terrible. I purchased Plutio through a promotion for a one time payment for lifetime access, applied the code and thought I was done. For whatever reason, the codes didn’t apply and I was placed on a trial membership. I explained the issue and included my receipt and only received an automated response. For several months and over a few dozen emails I have tried to get some kind of response on this, with either copy and paste explanations of how to redeem my code or automated “were away” messages. I’ve never had a company just totally blow off a customer support issue like this but it’s pretty infuriating and honestly I feel scammed.

Plutio itself isn’t magical but it does have nice features. However, the customer service is absolutely terrible. Whenever I had issues with the features not working, the developer and team would rarely respond.

I also tried posting questions to their Facebook group and my posts were removed. Terrible.

Plutio when it first came it was solid. Maybe due to their servers it’s slow and unusable now. It’s not user friendly and my clients don’t like it and refuse to use it to manage projects so I found an alternative.

At first, interface looks clean and operational, then it just doesn’t flow well. Eeeek. Mobile took several hours/day to sync.
Disappointed

Plutio has some good basics but really has a long way to go before it can truly be used as a full fledged project management app. My clients found it difficult to use and had a hard time paying invoices through Plutio . It would be great if when creating invoices we could truly customize what goes into the charges.

Finally when cancelling your subscription, be careful, I cancelled mine and was still charged another month. When contacting support Leo feigns ignorance and doesn't respond.

I like this app for the simplicity of it but I can’t release the mobile app to my clients yet because the files on mobile are scary. You know when a website is not responsive it it has the words jumbled and in skinny rectangular boxes going down the page. That’s what it looks like.

App has trouble loading at all, generates error message every time it’s opened. Cannot assign Tasks to Projects, cannot retain Tasks assigned within Projects. Information seems to disappear after input randomly. Very unstable.

While I like the ability to track and see project info on the go there’s a few issues I’ve found. There’s items that look like buttons that when you try to click on them they do nothing.

I love this app and that Plutio can do everything the web desktop version can, but the tabs/icon bar at the bottom is very hard to use on iPhone X or XS because it overlaps with the iOS app switch slider bar. Also dragging and rearranging tasks, or tapping to complete, can be a bit finicky on mobile because tap targets are on the small end.

Solid app with a mind blowing roadmap for any small business this will eventually be a “all in one business app” right now it’s mainly project management, time tracking, but it also has invoicing and proposals with much more to come.

I highly recommend this app. I rarely write review but Plutio has completely shifted the way I run my business with so much efficiently and increased productivity. With projects, tasks, invoicing, contracts and proposals this is an incredibly useful app. There is a web version as well but if you are sick of juggling between multiple apps. Hey this one. You will not be disappointed. The time tracking app is worth its weight in gold! Highly recommend for business owners. Kudos to the team for bringing this to market!

this app runs well and having Plutio helps me keep a manageable browser. Things are speedy and constantly being improved. Happy with the experience so far.

Great tool for freelancers or anyone who has projects to manage. Love the level of detail you can get into with projects, how you can assign things to people and manage clients and collaborators. Overall awesome tool, and the creator is super open to feedback. It's amazing.

I love this software and the desktop app is seamless. Thanks Leo for working hard on this one. It runs smooth on my Mac

this app is a truely functional and solid software. Functions galore - project manegement, contracts, team work, task management, workflow, forms, so so many.

I absolutely and throughly love it. Seeing the new app in the store is just like a cherry on top.

It's one thing for an app to be incredibly useful, but it's another thing entirely when Plutio is constantly improving and adding functionality. This is one of my homepage apps, I use it so much. The support is fantastic as well. Such a big fan!

I am a Wix Webmaster (pro) and seen Leo's post about this app in our Webmaster Group. Although, I'm still getting use to using it and setting it up, I absolutely love it so far. I have it on all my devices and absolutely love that. I know it's still in beta, but so far I love all that it does and am really excited for the things to come! Definitely my new go to for organization!!
