Terrible customer service

The app itself isn’t magical but it does have nice features. However, the customer service is absolutely terrible. Whenever I had issues with the features not working, the developer and team would rarely respond.

I also tried posting questions to their Facebook group and my posts were removed. Terrible.

Lags and times out on mobile

This app when it first came it was solid. Maybe due to their servers it’s slow and unusable now. It’s not user friendly and my clients don’t like it and refuse to use it to manage projects so I found an alternative.

Abysmal Customer Service

I have to start by saying the app is excelent in its own right. Very helpful with lots of tools. But it’s customer service end is absolutely terrible. I purchased the app through a promotion for a one time payment for lifetime access, applied the code and thought I was done. For whatever reason, the codes didn’t apply and I was placed on a trial membership. I explained the issue and included my receipt and only received an automated response. For several months and over a few dozen emails I have tried to get some kind of response on this, with either copy and paste explanations of how to redeem my code or automated “were away” messages. I’ve never had a company just totally blow off a customer support issue like this but it’s pretty infuriating and honestly I feel scammed.
