- Issue not resolved after 3 months.

- Money taken out of account but not sent to credit card.

- Accrued late fee from creditor.

The app is telling me out of the blue to verify my identity and when i do it hoes back to the same screen. I have sensitive info connected to this app and it cant be secure and stable, put my funds back into my bank account and cancel this.

How to fix Qoins app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Qoins app on iPhone
Update Qoins app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Qoins iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Qoins on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Qoins network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Qoins Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Qoins not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Qoins App
1. On android, goto Settings » Qoins » click [Force Stop]

Update Qoins to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Qoins App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Qoins » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Qoins.

Fix Qoins unable to contact server/ Qoins internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Qoins » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Qoins » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Qoins
