I am having the same problem. Been using for years. Now it is saying it can't verify my identity but keeps charging me.

I cannot access my account and they are continuing to take subscription fees from me.

The app is telling me out of the blue to verify my identity and when i do it hoes back to the same screen. I have sensitive info connected to this app and it cant be secure and stable, put my funds back into my bank account and cancel this.
