So I honestly don’t write review, but my patience has run thin. It’s been 3 month that I have been dealing with this issue. Qoins was taking the money out of my account, but the money was never making it to my credit card. I called customer service and the guy, Armin, seems so helpful. I thought the issue would be resolved easily. Another month goes through and the are still taking money out of my account, but again the first and now the second payment never reach my credit card. I call again, he makes a few calls and gets back to me that I have to call Wells Fargo because that is where the money is. Mind you, I don’t bank with Wells Fargo and apparently Qoins doesn’t use them either, so atp I’m confused. So Qoins is telling me they can not refund MY money until Wells Fargo releases the fund. When I called Wells Fargo they can’t help me because I don’t have an account with them so basically I’m going around in a circle and I’m highly annoyed. So now I’m asking if we can put a hold on this account that is taking money out, because I’m scared if I deactivate the whole account I can’t get my money back. I have called and sent emails and no one is responding.

I NEVER write reviews, but my experience recently has been awful. I have used Qoins for a little o Ed a year, and it initially worked well. Recently, I have had problems with them sending payments to creditors either on time or even at all. I have contacted them and they told me to wait. In the meantime, I accrued a late fee from my creditor. I realize that I need to continue to make monthly payments, but I do rely on the money I save through Qoins to help out with those payments on occasion. It is MY money that they have and how I use it towards the payment to my creditors is my business. Qoins promises that it will reach creditors within a 14 day period. THIS IS NOT THE CASE. It has now been almost 20 days since they said they sent a payment to the creditor. The creditor says they have received nothing from Qoins. I have asked for a full refund of my money and to be compensated for the late fee...I have heard nothing. What I used to think was a helpful tool is now just stealing my money and ultimately costing me more. DO NOT USE THIS APP!

I used to love this app! But now instead of sending it monthly the app is sending when it hits a goal! i think it was a dumb idea to change how the system operates I was paying debt faster with the previous way qoins did things, this way it sometimes takes more time to reach the goal! I used this app to pay my credit card bills and they haven’t been paid for 2 months because the app just decided to change out of no where I’ve been using the app for years. So I was kind of confused when the credit card didn’t receive my payments next thing you know I go to the app and it’s saying I have to hit a goal. That’s ridiculous.
Just change it back to the old setting OR! Give us the option on how we want our accounts to work personally because unless it’s changed I’m not using it anymore honestly.
I really used to love this app and now me and everyone I told about this app are so upset with the new changes it’s utterly horrible
