can't complete the branch app on my cell phone it tells me to set up a account but it just keep spinning. it want connect
I have tried for 2 weeks to reach out Branch about why my account cannot be setup completely to access my payments. I've worked for money and need access to it. I continually receive automated responses, on hold fir several hours at a time...then at about an 1 hr and 15 minutes the phone to support hangs up everything. This has become very frustrating and annoying. What can be done to resolve my ISSUE ASAP
error 400 message when trying to finish account setup and choose address. they owe me over a month of earnings. support never answers calls and email support is useless, feels like talking to bots
I signed for my advance for Saturday per usual, I go back to the app my hours are no longer showing for that date at all nor the $50 advance reflected in my account that I just signed for, it's as if everything disappeared.

Won’t let me log in, or use the forgot your password feature. It’s been going on for 12 hours so I suggest avoiding this app.
It won’t even let me log in now, it keeps giving me an error 502 code, and when I was logged in before it wouldn’t let me cash out my pay saying error codes also, this is ridiculous, I work and make money and can’t get paid!

Can't login. It says 2 exceptions and that's it. I can't get to my money on my app. 😤
got the notification two hours ago that the funds were available. have not been able to get in since, takes my Face ID and then times out. I was able to get all the way to moving the funds ONCE, and when I slid up to submit, it timed out again. ridiculous, this is the second week in a row.
I'm trying to start using the app that's offered through my work and it's telling me there's something wrong contact support. But you can't contact support because no one will answer their phone how horrendous of an app is this and I haven't even started
When I tried to cash out it wouldn't work. I restarted the app and tried loading just the app...it won't. Just constantly loading.
Are you serious branch? Crashing as soon as you get people's money. how is this even possible in the 21st century!? Same errors as everyone else, "oops 2 exceptions occurred" and DDI forces us to use a company that is completely worthless

Branch app will launch but will not let me login to my account
As soon as I git a notification saying my pay was in, the app quit working. When I sign in the screen turns white for about 2 minutes and then a message appears saying there was 2 errors. Then the screen just stays white. I need my money! I've waited all week and I got bills to pay! Tried rebooting phone and all the trouble shooting tips. None of it worked. It's not my connection, it's the app. Help!
