I am trying to complete my application on the app but it has stopped working when it got to the section asking for my phone number. This was after I submitted my checking account info to be used. It seems I cannot log onto a website to complete it. Is there a website to use in this instance?

How to fix Tally app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Tally app on iPhone
Update Tally app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Tally iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Tally on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Tally network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Tally Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Tally not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Tally App
1. On android, goto Settings » Tally » click [Force Stop]

Update Tally to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Tally App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Tally » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Tally.

Fix Tally unable to contact server/ Tally internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Tally » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Tally » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Tally
