I have been trying for months with your tech Dept to retrieve ALL my photos. Only 8 appear as it tells me to upgrad. You have me a free month trail and this did not work. Is there a number I can call so you can walk me through the process? Thank you

How to fix Privault app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Privault app on iPhone
Update Privault app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Privault iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Privault on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Privault network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Privault Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Privault not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Privault App
1. On android, goto Settings » Privault » click [Force Stop]

Update Privault to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Privault App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Privault » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Privault.

Fix Privault unable to contact server/ Privault internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Privault » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Privault » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Privault
