ARAG Legal Reviews

I attempted to use ARAG for two cases. Either lawyers are unresponsive or they don’t do the types of cases requested. It seems that these pre-paid service cases get thrown to the bottom of the priority lists.
I guess I had assumed ARAG was an actual legal firm with their own lawyers or at minimum they would be the liaison between members and lawyers to actually get the cases accepted and started instead of just auto-generating a recommend lawyer list and then you’re on your own.

Horrible. No help whatsoever over 4 inquiries. Not a call back and only one email received. They don’t actually help anybody. They are like a third party search engine. Another google. It’s a waste; you’ll see.

Went to look at documents and a pop up came up “system down”

Phone app doesn’t allow me to enter the date when I started a case.
No results found searching for an attorney

Download app 3 days ago and every time I do attorney search ARAGLegal generates an error messages and says to try back later

There is no section for coverage!
Secondly, while i select a subject & select an attorney, the application does not tell me which ones are covered which ones are not

ARAGLegal is not really mobile friendly. I’ve been unable to start/complete case or attorney searches in ARAGLegal without redirection to mobile desktop and lots of app crashes.

It would have been a zero for this cause when I call I can never get the help that is needed but the people I speaks with is nice that is the only reason why it got a star. Everything else they are just eating up and taking people money

I have put in several cases of legal things that I need to get taken care of and it seems like it just gets stuck in the back of their file cabinet or they are not adhering to it. I try to get this things done as soon as possible and I ended up just going somewhere else because they never actuallyreach back out or respond to the case.

First, thank you for finally putting a list available to your clients in a form of an app.
Unfortunately, the list can not be filtered by expertise, even when you specify it at the beginning of your search, all the candidates are every one in that area. Can you please just put a proper filter?
Second, no one is ever available. You need to integrate a functionality that allows lawyers to mark themselves as available and enforce it, called 20 lawyers and they are all too busy. Just save us some time and give us the names of the ones that actually want work.

I use strong passwords for all of my online accounts. I use a password manager for these, and for whatever reason, the ARAG app doesn't like autofilled passwords.

This is a ridiculous oversight and poor implementation and programming of security practices.

Know the best way to validate a correct password? Actually try to validate it instead of running a length check on it first. Just do it.

Does what I need it to do. Some issues with iOS 12 password autofill however. Seems like it does a length check on the pw you type in, and autofilling a password doesnt trigger this check. I’d prob rate it a 5 if this functionality worked cause right now logging in with a secure password from my password manager is the most onerous part of using ARAGLegal.

ARAGLegal does what I need it to do as far as locating an attorney. It would be nice to be able to save an attorney profile to come back to later on. Also, logging in with Touch ID would make life easier.

Easy to open a case through the ARAG app and find a good attorney to work with. Glad I sign up for this service to take care of my living trust.

Been with this company for years at no time ever have they disappointed me they are helpful, knowledgeable and caring I love ARAG

I love the new start a case feature. It saved me a phone call and was easy to get my case created so I could get the attorney help I needed.

I HAVE USED YOUR HELP MAYBE THREE TIMES AND I WAS BLOWN AWAY BY THE CARE I RECEIVED. NOW MY QUESTION IS ; IS MY ACCOUNT STILL ACTIVE. IF NOT GET ME BACK ONBOARD. RON SANDOVAL

I love the ease of being able to locate an attorney with just a few clicks. As most individuals, I'm very busy and ARAGLegal is necessary when a legal situation arises and you need an attorney by your side.
