This is the worst app I have ever tried to use. It keeps bringing up an old policy, won’t update it to the new one and keeps telling me my usernames and passwords are wrong when I have them written down!! I know for a fact they’re right!!! They need to just scrap GoAutoInsurance and start all over with a developer that know what they’re doing.

This is the most crap app ever. Within GoAutoInsurance all you can do is view your insurance ID card. You CANNOT view when your insurance is due, or make a payment.
This is the worst app! Where is my option to make a payment? Why do I have to resubmit all of my information every time I renew at the six month interval? Good grief!
I have to reset my password EVERY SINGLE TIME I need to log into my account to pay my bill. Annoying, but I just do it. GoAutoInsurance finally came and now it’s unable to verify my account? Please tell me how my policy number isn’t in the records?
I can not do anything on GoAutoInsurance.. I have insurance with this company and I was able to make an account but once I did that, none of the options to choose from was doing anything! Can’t pay.. can’t see my insurance ID.. nothing.
I have had nothing but problems whenever I try to make a payment online.. it always happens when it’s the last day to make a payment.. when I try to change my password it tells me my information is not correct 🤷🏽♀️
All GoAutoInsurance is good for is viewing my ID card. I still have to go to the website to make a payment.
