This app has no accessibility considerations for people without sight! The gender page requires that one select a picture, althouth there are text labels for “male” “female” and “nonbinary”, tapping the text label does nothing. I was told by an Apple accessibility Specialist that their are pictures associated with these choices, and, possibly they are the selection? If so, that is unusable for people without sight!I cannot get past this page, as there are no text labeled buttons.
Why would your developer(s) assume that only people with sight need to have wills? Producing heirs doesn’t require sight! Owning posessions, including real estate does not require sight! Inclusion is a right; and app developers MUST utilize the tools provided within the operating system, IOS, in designing apps that do not exclude, discriminate, people on the basis of whether they have working eyes! VoiceOver is included in all Apple products, and developers can easily design their apps so that those who are sight-dependent, as well as those without sight, can seamlessly use them. This is very upsetting to me, as your app was recommended by a well-respected source, and I need to write a will! Intentional or indifferent exclusion is unacceptable for today’s, or “tomorrow” applications!

I was discussing this product on Instagram with someone, about how their ad is misleading. Apparently our conversation struck a nerve because they deleted both of our comments.
It’s a picture of two babies. Under one baby, who is crying, it says without a will, the court decides the guardian of your kids. Under a happy baby, it says choose a guardian of your child with a FREE WILL.
This product is misleading parents by emotionally manipulating them. Even with a will, the courts will be involved in the process. It will help the judge take into account what the parents want, but they will always investigate the best home for the child and ultimately make that decision. You are making parents feel like they are covered and have the final say solely because they have a will through your product.
This company needs to stop emotionally manipulating parents for their own gain. If their product could stand on its own, you wouldn’t need to manipulate people into using it. Yes, wills are helpful and important, but not the end all be all.
I wouldn’t trust the use of a company, especially for legal documents, who aren’t honest in their advertisement.

They don’t tell you until you put in all your personal information that you can’t complete the will without giving them all your relatives’ contact information AND waiting for those individuals to confirm their relationship with you. I would rather approach those conversations in my own way. Besides that, I don’t have their permission to give out their contact information. They would likely not respond to unexpected messages from an unfamiliar app, for fear that it’s a scam. I see this as an attempt to capture new contacts for your own purposes, because your customers could be served just as effectively by being reminded to share the will after it’s complete.
