Honestly I thought Cover was a joke when I first seen it I did end up downloading Cover and putting my information and then I got a text saying will have an agent get with you shortly I did text back with DO NOT CALL ME just because I thought it was one of them places where you put your info and you got all these agencies calling you back to back... we’ll let me tell you they never called me lol because I said that but did get another text with a great quote! My agent “Tommy” was outstanding he never pressured me he was there helping the whole way to get the best quote And answer any and all question that I had In terms I could understand. I got a quote that was outstanding for my husband and I We were paying over $400 a month and now $150 a month ... Now that’s what you call a OUTSTANDING SAVINGS!!! Just so everyone knows I’m not A spokes person I do not work for this company I’m just a hard-working mother looking for the best quote for my family and this app made that possible for our family thank you Tommy are advisor for being so great and helping us find the best quote.

Jeff was a super huge help. He was able to answer questions and had great customer service like I was chatting with a friend. I had no idea what insurance I could get with the best price and Cover felt like a long shot but was thoroughly impressed. I had the option to text instead of call which handled my anxiety quite nicely, they got my insurance cheaper by $75+ easily, matched my policy and got me more discounts than I could even attempt to get elsewhere. I was amazed by what rate they initially gave me and lowered it even further by $30. Turns out his manager used to work with my old insurance company so they know the ins and outs! The call took barely 30 minutes and by the time I was done I had to ask what insurance I was with because it blew by me so fast, and it was with a reputable company so I honestly have no worries! I have been with Geico for over 15 years. Honestly they billed me and I never bothered looking for another company. I have never had an accident and always been a responsible driver so what do they do when I move to Houston? They doubled my rate! I was not pleased but after calling a couple of big insurance companies they all were the same price. Six month later I heard about these guys and I called and setup an Account. A girl from San Francisco called and was very helpful in adjusting my plan. They have many options so don’t just go with what Cover offers. After comparing my current coverage with them, I got my deductible from 500 to 100 and same coverage almost half the price! 😎 i would definitely recommend them and trust me this is my third review since I bought an iPhone in 2010 lol 😂 so I wanted to spread the news and help more people that just have auto pay for years to ditch their insurance company and go somewhere that they appreciate you and your business!!

Love love love Cover! So easy to use and contact support with. this app is really changing the game of how to receive the lowest rates possible! They have exceptional help here for the customers. Tobi who is my agent helped me to find an insane deal for 3 cars here in Houston, he was so patient with me and answered every single question I had and explained it so well, I am so glad to have had such a knowledgeable person help me find a life changing insurance deal!🤑💰💰 He went through every single option there was to get me the best rate possible, I know he looked at every option to see what was best for me and my wife. What I appreciated most about Tobi’s customer service is that, he cared, I could tell he cared. I downloaded Cover because I was paying 207 with Geico. I filled everything out and was told “your monthly payment will be $155” I told the rep “cool my insurance ends with Geico Friday (which it was Monday)” she told me the price would be locked in for me Friday rolls around and she tells me “oh well since you waited the price went up to $195 a month” I was confused because she promised that the price would be locked in I ask about a military discount she told me yes it would move my payment down to $145 a month. Thought it was a good then so I start the process she then tells me “there is a $40 fee to start this policy today” I thought it was weird but paid it next billing cycle rolls around and I’m being charge $195 for the policy I call back and talk to a new rep they tell me that their are notes or any proof she promises this payment to me. I was dumbfounded then I ask to get out of the policy on grounds I was lied to then they threatened me stating “if you don’t finish the policy we will make it difficult for you to start another policy at a low rate” so if you download beware they don’t care about your military status and 95% of what they tell you is a lie. Worse insurance I have ever had I would recommend the general over this place

I was introduced to the this app App through the WordScapes game and the ad popped up about how customers are saving money by switching. My original thought was this is sketchy! It was to be fraud! No possible way. I am an insurance broker why am I even considering this. In the end I downloaded Cover and continued to proceed with getting an auto qoute because my current rate was high. Paying $281/mo that’s over $1,200+ paid in full for 6 months. The this app app quoted me at $126/mo on autopay or $802 paid in full for 6 months. The company deals with real known insurance companies. Not any janky, shady, high fee insurance companies. Overall I am so happy that my skeptical thought did not overcome my ability to try out this awesome way of buying insurance. Definitely recommend Cover to anyone who feels like they are over paying for car insurance. Lastly, shout out to Ruby who helped me purchase my auto insurance she’s awesome and am grateful for her service.

I wanted to save some money on my auto insurance. Surprisingly, the whole process went off without a hitch with this app. I signed up and was immediately texting some basic details about what I wanted with an agent. Probably one of the nicer aspects of this is that I didn’t actually have to manually enter many details. They were able to pull up a lot of my existing information and transfer it over without me having to convey it to the broker. After we texted, we talked on the phone for about 20 minutes and I had a new policy. I ended up saving about $100 a month on this new policy with almost no change in coverage. The broker was friendly and efficient and I had absolutely no problems whatsoever. I received an email a few minutes after the phone call with the details on my new insurance company. Seriously, couldn’t really ask for more during this whole process. Super smooth and easy.

My first impression was that I was going to be able to get a quote straight from Cover , but Cover is a launching pad to texting and then speaking with an agent. My goal was to get an auto insurance quote, already having one from the lizard company, I decided to check out this app. After putting my request in, I got a text from Cole going over a few more details. Cole was friendly and personable and answered all my questions. Initially, it was all through text in order to “shop” insurers for coverage amount and costs, but then transitioned over to phone call once a possible policy was found. They really saved me money and I’m comfortable going back to this app to request a new quote if my insurance sky rockets at any point. The agents from this app are there to save you money, but they aren’t your agents when you need to submit a claim, so it’s nice to have that separation where they’re looking out for your needs.

Summary: I submitted a request online and received a text from an agent the next day to talk about the policy and rates. Cole, the agent I was working with, was professional, prompt, and offered a fantastic (lower) rate with *better* coverage terms than my current policy. 5 stars overall for the convenience of Cover /service and level of customer service provided by Cole.

What I liked:
- Convenient. Most of the process was completed over text without the need to speak with an agent until I was ready to sign up.
- Great coverage at a good price. The rate was lower than my current provider by a bit while actually providing a slightly better level of coverage (most areas were equal, though one was a step up from my current coverage limit).
- Excellent support. I worked with the same agent from start to finish, who responded to my questions quickly and professionally. He even let me know that he would be managing my policy moving forward, which was a pleasant surprise (nice personalized level of service it seems).

What could be improved:
- To be honest, there wasn’t anything about the process that I disliked. I submitted a request through Cover the night before, then received a text the next day from an agent who was super responsive to my questions/needs. Overall, the process was quick, painless, and pleasant.

I was skeptical about using Cover because I never heard of it and I was so used to calling a broker to assist me in shopping for car insurance. I like convenience and efficiency so I wanted to try it out. First of all, it was super easy to set up, you just enter some general information and Cover does the rest. Within minutes I got quotes and I received a text right away. You can change the coverages on Cover or you can txt your licensed agent. Morgan M. was my agent and she was not pushy, salesy or annoyed when I asked questions. She assisted me through text and I talked to her on the phone for a total of maybe 15 minutes and we picked a plan that was cheaper than my previous policy. It as definitely painless and super easy. I am happy that this app combined the power of working with a brokerage and a licensed agent but with a modern technology twist. Thank you again Morgan and this app!

Ask for David. I have been with this app for almost a year now. They have found 2 different policies for me, both covering auto. I cannot believe how much money Cover has saved me for my auto insurance. When I shopped on my own I didn’t find quotes like the ones they found for me. All I can say is that the process they use is easy, fast and saves you money. Period. Their support is top notch, understanding, and works hard for you to get you exactly what you need. They will walk you through everything and I can’t recommend them enough. Also, as a side note, they are not pushy. Nowhere in the process did I feel like they were pushing me to go with the policy they found. I actually really really wanted the policy they found. They are that good. In my search for auto ins. I came across and included this app (which I had not heard of before) into the mix, and luckily connected with Jacob at this app just a few days ago. He kept in touch with me via text, and at my own pace. The pleasant communication was welcomed, and I appreciated it also not being pressured or overbearing.
In addition I was also doing my own DD to create a decently robust auto plan through using many individual provider apps, but not only was that process cumbersome and futile at times - or the resulting rate seemed too high for the value. Jacob then took my info and found me what I needed - and at a good rate that worked in my budget and needs. So thank you Jacob for helping me, and hope others are able to solve their needs with you too.

Basically you can either select something you want to insure or photograph the item you want to insure. Provide some basic info about yourself, as well as the item, and very quickly (within a day or less) a broker (yes, an actual human) from this app will contact you via text, either for more clarifications or to provide quotes.

In my case, I was looking for auto and renters insurance, and Tommy, the broker who reached out to me, searches through more than 20 carriers, and presented the best priced quotes to me. He was always responsive, friendly, and super easy to work with, and the prices he found for me were extremely reasonable. I've tried some other services, e.g. Bolt, and this app is the smoothest so far. Highly recommend!

I had been looking for car insurance on and off for the past couple of months with zero success at finding something with good coverage that was affordable. Cover made it so easy! Chris was super helpful and so patient! I started shopping around on a Tuesday and was busy so being able to text with Chris and get all my questions answered first was very convenient. When he asked to call and finish the policy I asked if he could get back to me on Friday which he did!! And I have to admit at first when talking to Chris I had to stop and ask if I was being scammed there was no way shopping for insurance could be THIS easy! But it was and I am now insured through progressive and couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. I would recommend this to anyone looking for insurance or curious to see if they could save you a bunch of money.

My least favorite thing to do is shop around for any type of insurance... but I’m so glad I found this app. So easy to use and if you’re a millennial you’ll appreciate the way they do business. Instead of receiving a million calls from insurance reps, only one reached out to you via text, and during business hours an actual person will respond... via text!! They work around YOUR schedule, and the process was so quick. No need to fill out a bunch of information for a bunch of different quotes. They’ll find you the best option based on the info you give them, and if that doesn’t work they’ll work even harder to meet your needs. My rep actually seemed to be interested in wanting me to find the best price for my situation, which I’ve had a hard time with. Highly recommend!!!

If you even think for a minute that you are overpaying for your auto insurance this is a must, must check. I was paying over $300 a month for basic coverages and just overall being abused by the system. That is until I found this app. Cover got me a great price at over 90%less than I was paying. Shout out to Devin he really was overall committed to finding me the best rate possible and making my experience an amazing one. Such a cool and professional person to talk to and the man knows his stuff. Once again I recommend to anyone even thinking of just looking, I promise you won’t regret it. I downloaded Cover and completed the information required and within seconds I had a text message from a Jenna including screenshots of quotes that were available based on the information I completed. Jenna asked me if I would like to review this quote further. I replied and told her yes and very quickly after I received another text message asking when a good time to call me would be. At the date and time I selected I received a call from Jenna to review my quote and make changes as necessary so I felt that this was the best policy for me and my budget. It was so quick and painless and got coverage in minutes. I would definitely refer this app to all my friends and family! I would highly recommended this insurance to my family and friends! They are very attentive and the process of signing the policy went very smooth. I will be going back to school and I needed affordable car insurance since I will be on a budget. My previous car insurance was over charging me and the agents were not helpful at all. So I was need in of a new car insurance.

I found the this app app through Facebook and was curious on what they can offer. Let me tell you, I was not disappointed at all, I was helped by Jenna Kassan through Clear this app, and she was tremendously helpful and made the process very easy. She helped me save $60 a month with the same coverage that I previously had! Which is awesome! And I like the fact they are also a paperless company, so no need to hurt more trees. Cover showed up as an ad one day a while back, I decided to download it and give it a try. I was pretty desperate for new insurance because after our second 6 month resigning with our current insurance they were raising our insurance once again. I have been looking for weeks now for a new insurance company and everyone has quoted me $250 and up because of “the type of car”... this app came in with no excuses and gave me a great rate for our insurance. We were helped by an agent named Evan who was very thorough and answered any questions we had. After working with Evan he even lowered the rate we were quoted by almost $50!! Over all it has been a great experience and for 1/2 the price every other insurance company quoted us!! I would definitely recommend them!

Trying to find good rates for auto insurance is like getting a root canal. I experienced this after shooting over a 5 day period.

I got quotes from Geico, Progressive, Liberty Mutual and a few others and they all give me different rates based on their unique algorithms.

The issue with all these insurance companies and their quotes is looking at their coverage details. You have to compare the coverage details. It’s been over 7 years since I last shopped for insurance rates, so i had to re-train myself how it all worked.

I was fortunate to have a very patient agent specialist at ‘this app’ named Mili that chatted with me via text message over several days.

You will need to compare “apples to apples” she would constantly remind me.

In the end, Mili was right, not only did Mili match the other insurance companies rates, she even beat their coverage.

I got basically almost 3 times the coverage for a lesser price than the other insurance companies.

Anyhow, just do yourself a favor, save yourself the hassle. Ask for Mili. She’s very trustworthy, she will get you the best rate and make everything super easy.
