Amazing company, very patient, very knowledgeable and helpful with honesty and loyalty and great customer service care and saved me first day and already a saved 2,200 a year already very happy and switched right away couldn’t pass up their prices and they have been so great thank you Marco for your amazing patience, amazing honesty, knowledge and you are absolutely amazing at your job truly appreciate your help, knowledge, kindness and patience.

Worst insurance I’ve ever seen. Got tired of Geico increases and switched to Bristol and it’s been nothing for a clown show. Sent in requested previous insurance paperwork five times now before manually uploading to my policy and now the documents they specifically requested are not the right documents. Trying to charge me 300$ now a mo th instead of the original 200$ for two vehicles because they say I don’t have proof of prior Insurance which I had for 7 years straight with Geico and provided. Apparently this company is just a bait and switch company. Wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone with a clean driving record and no lapses. May be good for drivers that can’t get other insurances and want to deal with hour long hold times and false answers.

Bristol makes it easy to get affordable coverage, with the best rates. Especially if you’ve had a DUI. BristolWestInsurance is extremely easy to use. I’ve filed a whole claim through BristolWestInsurance , and of course communicated through email or by phone with my appointed insurance agent. You’re able to upload photos of damage to your vehicle there as well. Great app, 10/10!

Never had any problem with BristolWestInsurance. Once I originally logged in, it has been so easy every time after. You can look at the ID card, print it, look at your policy, add or remove a driver, see the payment schedule, history, everything! It’s the easiest and most useful app I’ve used ever!

Not only did I get a quote and auto insurance in less than 10 minutes by Dean with Bristol West Insurance which is part of Farmers Insurance, but the rate was extremely lower than Liberty Mutual and Dean was phenomenal. He even offered to meet me for lunch at the restaurant I bartend at…. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! MAKE SURE YOU ASK FOR DEAN OR AMY!

Love BristolWestInsurance . So easy to make payments and check policy. One click away to checking when my payment is due . I’ve lost my card so many times so anytime I got a new one, it was super easy to update my payment !! Love it

Easy to access. Very easy to login I can find all of my policy information in a couple of clicks. I can view and print my ID cards without any trouble. Finally I financial app that makes sense.

BristolWestInsurance is very easy to use and navigate. The information is very concise without a lot of "fluff" and just what you need to know. It makes bill paying a breeze. I am very happy with BristolWestInsurance .

Needed to rent a car and did not have a hard copy of my insurance card. Really liked that all information needed was available on my phone. Instant gratification is a good thing!

Love that they have an app where I can access my ID card digitally, view/change details and even has an option to enter a claim there.

Downloaded BristolWestInsurance , set up with all my information . If ever needing the information, it’s always at the touch of the screen. Easy to find any documents and Registration. 🤙🏽

Really easy app to use amazing how I can just pull up my insurance card through BristolWestInsurance freaking awesome. If you have not checked it out please do so if you have BristolWest insurance.

App is very convenient!! I can see everything on my policy, I do not have to go find the papers, one click of a button I have it on my phone.

After being divorced and figuring out how to do all my own bills I can honestly say Bristol has been big helping building trust and my insurance back up.

BristolWestInsurance was very useful for me and it had all my stored documents and Insurance cards there so I was able to print them out right at home.

Everything is easy to find on BristolWestInsurance and nothing is hidden or complicated to get to. Very fast and smooth, the only thing I would like is to add my ID card to my apple wallet.

Don’t waste your time using BristolWestInsurance until they update it. It asks you one of ur security questions after you log in, and you enter the answer but they don’t give you a way to put the keyboard down, and the submit button is behind the keyboard. You just hit return and nothing happens then it times you out. Pointless app

This company is so great, they’ve abetted me so much in my finances. They have great and friendly customer support as well. Highly recommended!!!

Easy to make a payment and get ID cards!

I have been trying to get thing thing to work all day. It will only allow me to long in 1 out of 10 times.

I have to use the web fix this please iPhone XR

BristolWestInsurance is extremely faulty and irritating while being so blatantly simple. I honestly don’t understand how an app with so very few functions can steadily be so horrible. Despite having the exact same password and username typed in AND saved, BristolWestInsurance continually will deny your access, leaving you sitting there pressing the login button until it decides you’ve waisted a good amount of your day and will FINALLY allow you in your insurance information.
