Hi, I am trying to do my routine, and I go to the app, and the screen is just black and the Home Screen does not show up. It eventually kicks me off the apps also.

How to fix pliability app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the pliability app on iPhone
Update pliability app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall pliability iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix pliability on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve pliability network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

pliability Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix pliability not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the pliability App
1. On android, goto Settings » pliability » click [Force Stop]

Update pliability to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear pliability App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » pliability » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart pliability.

Fix pliability unable to contact server/ pliability internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click pliability » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto pliability » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch pliability
